Loco Panda- Not willing to pay?!

So I used a free chip. Won the jackpot and thought I would never be able to withdraw it from a free chip. Chatted with the support and they told me that SURE I could! All I had to do was send in the validation documents and deposit a minimum of 21 dollars.

So I did and withdrew my winnings. It was to take up to 10 buissness days.

After ten days I got an email that said I could not withdraw my winnings because I had used more than one free chip.

I feel like a fool. Why is it even possible to redeem a free chip a second time and why did they wait for me to deposit before they told me I couldn´t redeem my winnings?

Are they allowed to do this????

This case has been reopened upon casino management's request. They would like to have all their existing complaints solved and we gladly give this case one more try for a successful resolution.

Please note: playing with multiple no-deposit bonuses you violated point 4 of our terms and conditions:
“Only one no deposit or signup bonus can be claimed on any account. If an account is funded entirely with a free bonus, in addition to our other requirements, an approved deposit is necessary to validate the account before any withdrawals will be processed”.
As you can see, aside of sending the documents, for all first-time withdrawals at least one deposit is required to get the faxback form approved.
Considering all above mentioned, your winnings were not legit and couldn’t have been withdrawn. Having checked the chat history of your account we didn’t find any records of support representatives telling you about being able to withdraw winnings.

Upon evidence that we received from the casino, this player breach bonus terms. We consider this complaint resolved.
