I have requested the withdrawal of 10,000 Euro in total (2,000 + 4,000 + 4,000) via bank transfer on May 28 and I am still waiting for Katsubet to process these. Their Terms & Conditions clearly state, that all withdrawal using Bank Transfer are processed within 3 days, which is not the case obviously.

Unfortunately these delays occur quite frequently now with the Dama N.V. casinos and I wonder why that is. I wish that they would just stick to the same rules, that they set up and require the players to obey precisely. The deposits are taken within seconds, and the withdrawals take very, very long.

Upon further investigation, we found that additional information was required from our financial department on May 28th, which resulted in the delay in processing your withdrawal. After the verification process was completed, you made another attempt to cash out your winnings. According to our Terms & Conditions, it is explicitly stated that Bank Transfer withdrawals should be completed within a maximum of 3 business days, however, be so kind to note that weekends are not counted, as the banks do not proceed with transactions during this period.

In regard to your observation about frequent delays with Dama N.V. casinos, we make every effort to maintain consistency in the application of our rules. Our primary goal is to ensure strict adherence to these rules by all players. Please rest assured that your withdrawals have been processed successfully and should be credited to your account.
