Made a withdrawal in March and still have not heard anything back. Was asked for documents about a week after my withdrawal which I provided straight away. I have been on live chat non stop but never get any help. They do not answer emails and have not given me a date of when I will get my £642.20 withdrawal made on 29/02/2020. My username on the site is harryj123. Overall very upset with the site as I have had no contact whatsoever after relentless effort to get in touch with them. How the still have a licence i do not know
