Palace of Chance Casino - Delayed payment

Early June 2016 I requested a payout just over $2000. I believe it was $2250, enough to cover the bonus amount and still have $2000. I wanted a pay to card transaction but have to settle for a check. I waited about 2 weeks and saw online my pending withdraw had cleared, I contacted withdraw support and on June 15 2016 I was told,by William, all my paperwork is in order and will get an email with payment details in about 10 days. I have used online chat and to check on the status and I am told my request is with the expedite team to contact first Ally the Tara.(­tar­[email protected]­asi­nos­upp­ort­cen­ My most recent email was to Tara on July 8, 2016, no response as of July 12, 2016. I can not reach anyone from the expedite team.
In the past I have received payout in about 3 to 4 weeks tops and have always been kept posted about the status.

As of 7/17/16 I have not been contacted further by anyone from Palace of Chance. This is sad, I have been a player since 5/2007, I am supposed to have Level 4 VIP Status. I don't feel like I have any status and am quite disappointed.

I'm sorry for the delays and frustrations you've been having with this.

I've taken a look at your account and I do see that the check has already been sent off. I'm hoping to have your tracking in, today or tomorrow--generally, players receive payments the day after tracking comes in.

As soon as I receive your tracking information, I'll post this thread with an update.

7/21/16 It appears my FedEx with my check was left at my home today. Now I just have to wait for the Canadian check to clear. Thank you for your assistance with this issue.
