Delayed payment
Early June 2016 I requested a payout just over $2000. I believe it was $2250, enough to cover the bonus amount and still have $2000. I wanted a pay to card transaction but have to settle for a check. I waited about 2 weeks and saw online my pending withdraw had cleared, I contacted withdraw support and on June 15 2016 I was told,by William, all my paperwork is in order and will get an email with payment details in about 10 days. I have used online chat and to check on the status and I am told my request is with the expedite team to contact first Ally the Tara.(tara@casinosupportcenter.com) My most recent email was to Tara on July 8, 2016, no response as of July 12, 2016. I can not reach anyone from the expedite team.
In the past I have received payout in about 3 to 4 weeks tops and have always been kept posted about the status.
