I cashed out on 12/11/14 of $641, sent in all docs, even got a swift code and a international routing number as that was required, and as of today have still not received. I emailed Dan with VIP and still have not gotten a response. It was approved but have not received.

Hi chartexas,

You requested your withdrawal on 12/11 and this was approved on 12/25 (the 11th business day—we clearly state that there is a 15-day max approval time frame). We also clearly state that it can take up to 10 business days for the processing in order to issue the payment. Given the Christmas and New Years holidays (which are non-business days), we are still within that 10 business day time frame.

Regarding your VIP host, please keep in mind that he works a specific schedule and with the holidays, he was afforded some time off to enjoy with his family. I’m quite certain if you try to reach him now, you should be able to contact him.

Lastly, this payment will be sent to you via either Western Union or MoneyGram. You will be contacted via email with all the details when those funds are available for pick-up.
