Mr Ringo Casino - Trouble with withdrawal

I asked for about 4 weeks ago, a withdrawal from Mr.Ringo. 5,000 Swedish kronor.

I have received my documents verified that there is ok!

1, first I had trouble making withdrawal and had to keep coming back "please contact customer service"

2, After contacting customer service so I could take out my cash withdrawals.

3 Then it went three weeks of constant nagging on my part in their chat, I heard nothing from them, it was all the time: the money is pending.

4, Now last week I found out from Mr.Ringo I wrote the wrong date of birth, I'm wrong, but 871,208 had accidentally written 870,808th

5, I was then in contact with Julia in the chat who regretted this and that my money was pending, now they are on the way she responded.
This was on Thursday, September 29, then replied and promised me that the money was going. I even took a picture of this.

6, Today, Monday, October 3 still has no money come, I contacted the chat back and wrote that I did not have the money and they were still pending.

She says that I can not do something and she has promised me that the money is going.
I see nothing on my side of any transaction yet.

I think they're trying to trick me.

What can I do?

Here is a print screen from one of my chats where Mr.Ringo in chat promise that the money will be on the road and that they should come during the day.
Nothing has unfortunately happened.

I talked to a person in the chat today announced that my withdrawal was approved yesterday 3 October.
Now I hope it goes through.
Now I see also that it is on my transaction history during withdrawal.
