On the 9th August (16 days ago) I joined Everest Casino and deposited £30.
However the casino's software wasn't compatiable with my old Macbook, so I withdrew my £30 and emailed them to explian what had happened and that they should close my account.
The next day my account was closed, but I rec'd no emails or messages to let me know everything was in order. 16 days later I have rec'd no replies to about 5-6 emails and I haven't rec'd back my £30. I have the bank statement to prove it was taken, so maybe the theat of legal action would improve their replies?
Again another casino with poor comms and problems with withdrawals.
