I won $600 and they took out my bonus which if fine leaving me $521. I see in my account they approved a wire transfer but for only $250 and my other $251 in winnings is now gone. They do not respond to my emails and live chat says I need to call but they never answer the phone. I still have not recievved the wire transfer of $250 approved either. Can you assist me?

You can close this case. The accounting department from Rockbet contacted me and explained that according to their terms and conditions, small deposits of $25 are limited to a 10X withdrawal maximum.
Meaning, the withdrawal can only 10 times the deposits. In my case I deposited $25 x 10 = $250.
