The normal turn around time for what they tell us is 10-15 business days for approval, then another 10-15 business days for you to get your winnings. I have winnings coming to me that were approved. This all started on February 10th. And just about 4 months now, and I still haven't received my winnings. I have emailed numerous times over the last 2 months and I keep getting 1 excuse after another. for the last 6 weeks they have told me this has been escalated, but still nothing. Their latest excuse was I'm sorry we don't do bank wires for 1st time withdrawals. When I first requested the cash out, I requested a bank wire, and probably emailed 10-15 times advising of same. I told them NO CHECK. IT has been one thing after another, new or slow processor and so on. I am dealing with [email protected] Phone is 1-844-632-0969. Although nice, he can't do anything, but say I'm sorry, I'm sorry. So looking for your help, I have given them a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you
