Delayed 4,000 euro payment for months

Hi, I must take the step of involving you into my case with 24bettle.com. I have opened an account and played a good deal on their game page. Before I opened an account, I checked that they had a license issued by Malta Gaming Autorithy, which made me feel safe at this company. I had a bigger win at the casino. The problem started when I made withdrawals. After verifying my documents, I made a withdrawal. I was initially disappointed that their regulations limit withdrawals to a maximum of EUR 5,000 per month. Then I was notified that withdrawals are divided into several installments. I was given permission that the first withdrawal was completed and a new date for the next installment (20.10). However, there was no payment to my bank account. I have now had correspondence with 24bettle.com for almost two months. And every time I'm notified that I need to send my bank account statement, Then they will again let me know that the money has been paid out (I will not receive a payment). When I contact them again, I'll be notified that their financial departmend will look into the matter and then we will go through the same procedure.
I have documentation of the withdrawal I requested and that it has been approved by 24bettle.com. I have requested a withdrawal of Euro 5000. I have received a payment of Euro 1000, so I do not have to receive the remaining Euro 4,000. I have send mail to them again and again. I accept their regulatory action regarding the limitation of withdrawals. But now it has been over two months since I made withdrawals and I expect that it will be paid out in a single account. I hope you can contact them and help me get the remaining withdrawal.
Last thing i have heard from them is that their financial departmend are looking on the matter. Last time i send them mail they told i have to wait and they can not do anything before they get answer from their financial departmend.
If desired, I can send mail correspondence with 24.bettle.com.
I have also send email to Malta Gaming Autorithy for their help.
I hope askgambler can help me with may camplain against 24bettle.com.

Delayed or not paid withdrawal

Hi,

I have made an withdraw on 1.9. and yet to date 10.9. I have not received it. I have send the casino all the KYC documents and got message 7.9. That the KYC process is ok and withdraw is accepted.

I have tried to contact the casino but have not gotten any answers.

I made another withdraw 7.9. And this one is still open, allthought the casino promises to handle withdraw requests in 48 hours.

24Bettle does not pay 3006 EUR withdrawal

Hello,

I won 3006e money from 24bettle casino and made a withdrawal request on July 14, 2025.

I sent all the KYC documents they required for repatriation. They accepted my KYC document. On July 17 at 4:05 p.m, i received an email from them saying that the first part of my withdrawal has been paid and is on its way to my account, and the second part should arrive on July 24.

They said that the sum of one share is always 750€. They did not say when the remaining two would be paid. I have not received any withdrawal money to my bank account.

I've had a conversation with the casino, but they always answer that they're just looking into the matter. The casino responds very poorly to messages.

Now for two days I have sent many messages and they dont answer anymore.

24bettle Condors Ltd is not paying out my fair winnings of 4646 EUR

In December 2024, I won €4,646.27 with a Champions League bet. The casino/betting company 24bettle (Condors Ltd.) decided to close my account and invent all kinds of fake excuses to avoid paying out my winnings. They closed my account and refunded my deposit. Afterward, I contacted the MGA and MADRE. After reviewing everything, the MADRE ruled in my favor and ordered them to pay out my winnings. That was on March 26, 2025. After that, the MGA also contacted them, instructing them to pay what they owe me. They still have not paid. The next step is to wait one more month for the MGA; afterward, lawyers will pursue the money. I am also trying to get my money back with your help, AskGamblers.

24Bettle Casino- Delayed payment 1313 EUR

I would like to write about my situation with 24bettle. I have deposited two times for 10 and 300 eur and after few days my balance was on account 1613 eur. I have made a withdrawal for 300 eur and they asked me for all documents which I sent them and my account was verified. On 7th November they send me that 300eur is confirmed and it will come in 1-2 days. I made a withdrawal also for 1313 EUR soon after that.

On 11th November I wrote them where is my withdrawals ?? On14th November came just 300 eur to my IBAN account and I received an email from them on 19th November that 300EUR should already came and the second will come in two instalments. One will come soon and second on 26th November (I have a proof of their answer). Today we are already 26th November and my second withdrawal of 1313EUR still did not come not even the "first" instalment....

I wrote them again and they still don't reply also their LIVE chat is not working. I don't know what to do so I wrote here. I'm really uncomfortable with this situation and I politely ask you to help me resolve this problem.

Over 40 days delayed withdraw

I made a withdrawal request to 24Bettle casino on 19 July 2024. The withdrawal request was approved on 21 July 2024. However, even on September 2, 2024, the money has not arrived in my bank account. Below is a description of events and email communication with the casino.

After that I waited a few days and when the money didn't start coming I contacted the casino in live chat. From livechat was asked to send proof that the withdrawal has not yet arrived in my account. I sent my bank statement to the requested location.

After this, I was asked to wait until the appropriate department takes the matter into consideration.

On July 29, 2024, I received an e-mail informing me that my case has been accepted for consideration:

Your ticket has been received and has been assigned ticket number [379-2E3A64C6-0028]. Please keep this ticket number for your records and include it in the subject line (including brackets) of all future emails relating to this ticket.

Casino delaying payout of 550EUR

Hi.

05-10-2023 My withdrawal was accepted, after week from that they said money was sent.

Money still did not arrive in my bank account. Today it's 35 days from the approved withdrawal of 550 EUR. If I write to the chat or to support they keep telling me things like "Please be more patient", "it's strange, money should be in your account already", and "Funds should be in your account very soon". Sorry, but I see over 70 complaints on AskGamblers about delaying withdrawal with the same problem so there is probably something wrong with their financial department and it must be resolved.

If they made a transaction it should be on my account in a maximum of 3 days, I have no unusual bank. From my side everything is ok.

So I am asking for help AskGamblers company because it's very frustrating and stressful.

9 days withdrawal pending

I made a withdrawal of €1550 9 days ago, my withdrawal is still open.

My game account has been verified and all documents have been approved just over a week ago.

I have been in contact with the live chat several times about it and they only promise to speed things up. But 9 days is a really long time to process a withdrawal.

This has not happened at any other casino.

I made a withdrawal for 950.26 euros on September 12, 2023.

It was approved quickly but I haven't received my money yet.

The casino claims that the payment has been successfully paid to me.

I don't think it's actually been paid because bank transfers these days aren't just one or two days at most.

I have provided the bank statement they requested. It shows that my bank account has not received that withdrawal.

I have passed all verification but was told that I have been excluded from a sister company. As per their terms and condition even if they close your account they will pay you out but all they have been doing is stalling it’s been 2over a month and a half now and they still claim is being looked at by relevant department.
