Monarchs Online Casino - Delayed Payment

I submitted a withdrawal 5/5/14. It was approved for payment and I have not received payment. I have sent email after email with no result. I need help to get my $150.

Monarch sent an email that they deposited the money to my bank account, but that did not happened.

Good day! According to our Finance Team, it will take 5 to 7 business days
for amount to reflect on your card as we deal with third party providers.
Schedule and time of payment are imposed by them and this is beyond
our control.
