Not willing to pay

Hi. I won 140 euros in this casino and wanted to withdraw this money. Previously, I already took off and passed the identity check. The week the money was in my account and the status in waiting did not change. I returned the money back to the account and withdrawn again. Again, for 6 days, the withdrawal status does not change and they do not respond to my emails and through the correspondence on the site.On the website in the rules do not specify the time of withdrawal.

I googled my problem and found that a player here had the same problem. Buzzslots didnt credit my free spins although I followed their terms to the detail. At first they told me they would give the spins after holiday, then later and finally they said they wont credit unless i make another deposit. So i have been waiting for my 200 free spins since 02/01/15 and i even had a reply @ first saying it would be a couple of days because of technical issues. they replied with this email address: [email protected].
