After a long ordeal of trying to get the casino to send me my payment of $100.09. The check was received early February and was deposited into my personal bank account and was informed today from my bank that the check was not cleared, there's $0.00 in the account listed on the check to cash. I've tried reaching out to the casino and have been unsuccessful, at this point I feel I'm getting nowhere, one lie after another, I just want what's rightfully owed to me, if possible for the casino to wire it directly to my account, this is by far the most ridiculous thing I have had to experience online, and it feels as though I'm doing more of the chasing on my end, I just want this to end, please help me get what is rightfully mine

I've checked on this check and unlike the issue you're having with the Planet 7 payments, in this case, our processor shows that the funds were released to your bank--in other words, the check cleared without issue.

Please check again with your bank. If you have any further questions, Elena will be able to help you through this, while helping with the Planet 7 issue.

I was told differently stated on the day I made the complaint and I have not heard anything from my bank stating that the check or checks have been cleared, I would like to have this matter resolved, I will be incontac with my bank in the am, And get the necessary information needed to have the funds deposited into my account, I anticipate for this matter to be resolved and I ask for your help in this matter, this has not been a good experience at all in my end, I hope you can understand my frustrations regarding this matter.
