On 8/14/12 I filled out and faxed to the Casino all their required information, so I could get my refund back. Here it is 9/25/12 and after several phone calls and instant messages, I can not get my refund. It is $574.50.
I get the same thing everytime but, when I try to download the software they tell me to, so I
can get my money it doesn't download. I feel it has been a very time comsuming problem,
on my end to get this taken care of.
What is so hard about just send me my money? They will not answer the phones or give me a physical address so I can write to them.
