I had waited nearly 4 weeks in an effort to get my verification docs approved and sent to the correct person. Now I have waited since the 09/05 for a pending withdrawal which means it hasn't even been approved yet. I even waited for a phone verification which was completed before I requested withdrawal. I want to play again but I will not until I receive my payment.

We have cascaded this to our Finance team and as of Thu, May 22, 2014 at 12:23 AM

Our processor did confirm that payment was processed.
However, the transaction got declined due to invalid card number.
Here's the information we have on file :

Expiration Date : XXXX

Kindly advise if this is correct.

We checked with Accounts team and Ticket #2546528 RE : Withdrawal Request
On Thu, May 22, 2014 at 9:51 PM, was sent. "Monarchs Online Casino" wrote for your payment processed to your MC ending in 8520.

I am still waiting for my money of course the money was deposited to my mastercard endiing 8520 on the 22/05 apparently

On Fri, May 23, 2014 at 9:42 PM, "Monarchs Online Casino" wrote that your withdrawal request was processed and will show on your MC card ending in 8520. Should there be no issues with the card, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for payment to be received.
