I submitted a withdrawal request (#340738) from this casino on April 3, 2014 for a small sum of $357. I've had previous positive experiences with this casino; however, in an attempt to follow-up on status, the casino has not reponded to e-mails and unable to get an operator in 5 attempts at live chat. It should be noted that since April 4-10, I made about 7 withdrawls from Black Lotus (amts between 200-500) which were all processed and paid out by April 17. Again, their Terms and Conditions (Section 9: Payouts) cite secific protocols, which I must surely follow or my request is voided, yet they fail to honor their stated modus operandi. Just requesting that they respond in some manner other than a "form" email that states they have "referred the request to their account analyst," who surely must have contacted a disease or expired.
