Space Casino - Account closed and balance of 2.274 BTC unjustly confiscated

On December 10 I got registered at Space Casino. I made 2 deposits and on the second deposit I managed to get some winnings. I played through the requirements of the bonus I had and afterwards my balance was 2.274 BTC.
I made a withdrawal, but the next day I got an email from Space Casino informing me that my account had been disabled and balance confiscated.

The reason for this is that they claim I breached term 10.1 :

" If the Player is suspected of fraudulent actions including but not limited to:
participation in any type of collusion with other players;
development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings;
fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers;
chargeback procedures with a credit card or denial of some payments;
provision of incorrect personal information during registration;
other ways of cheating..."

But I have not breached that term. I have no idea what kind of fraud they think I have committed. I just played normally on this casino: made deposits, played through my bonus according to the bonus terms, and then made a withdrawal. I can not think of anything that can be considered as fraudulent.

So I believe that Space Casino has unfairly accused me of fraud. Despite that I have sent several emails to them, they have still not told me why they think I breached term 10.1 They just keep claiming I breached it and give no further explanation.

I hope we will be able to find a solution to this misunderstanding so I can withdraw my 2.274 BTC winnings.

On numerous facts we have established a relationship between several players and the gaming provider Betsoft Gaming. Since this is not an isolated case, it can't be a coincidence. For these reasons your game in the casino is recognized as fraudulent. So we have a serious reason not to trust this gaming provider, which led to a complete shutdown of their games from our casino! You will not be dedicated on details of this case.
I am sure you understand what is going on and we are extremely negative attitude to any fraudulent activity in our casino, don't think that the obvious coincidences will remain unnoticed and you can cheat casino.

I also want Space Casino to show some evidence of my relationship with the game provider Betsoft.
Space Casino said this:

And it seems like this is the reason why they closed my account and confiscated my balance.
However this is probably the most schocking thing I have ever heard a casino accuse one of their players of.
How is it even possible for me to have any kind of connection to Betsoft Gaming?
Do they honestly believe that I as a player together with Betsoft, who provides games, have worked together in order to win money from Space Casino? I don't think it is even possible to do that.
This really must be a strange coincidence. It is not reasonable for me as a player to be held responsible for a dispute between a casino and their game provider. You allowed me to play on those games, so you should also allow me to keep my winnings.

And also, please don't link articles that are completely irrelevant for the current case. The article is over one year old and only talks about some problems with Betsoft and their progressive Jackpots. I did not play on any of their Jackpot games, so it has no relevance at all to this case.

I hope we will be able to get to the bottom of this misunderstanding and I will be awaiting an answer from Space Casino.

Unfortunately, AskGamblers Complaints Team have not been provided with enough valid evidence on behalf management of Space Casino which could prove the accusations in general and breaching specific bonus/casino term/s in particular. Therefore we have no other option but to close this complaint as Unresolved, and recommend to the player to forward their issue directly in front of the relevant regulatory body responsible for Space Casino. As soon as AskGamblers Complaints Team is being notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.
