Trada Casino - Ignored gambling regulations and allowed me to deposit and gamble before verification
I opened my Tradacasino account at the end of March of this year, but did not first deposit until late May. On the 27th of May 2019, I first deposited into my TradaCasino account and was able to gamble. 2 Days later, on the 29th of May 2019, I was asked for ID to verify my account. Under the new regulations that came in on May 7th of this year, that is now against the terms of their license. I should not have been allowed to deposit without verification.

I contacted Tradacasino about this via email, and was told that because I opened my account before May 7th, I fall under old regulations and this not eligible for a refund of funds. I believe this to be false. Under the new regulations, all unverified customers need to be verified before being able to deposit. I was able to deposit after May 7th without verification. I believe this to be a clear violation of their license. I have contacted the UKGC about this, and they tell me that I am correct in thinking this and that all customers must be verified regardless of when the account was originally made.

Due to this, I believe I am eligible for a refund on the funds deposited as they should not have been allowed to be deposited without verification anyway.

I have attached screenshots of when I first deposit and when I was asked for ID. I have also attached screenshots of Tradacasino telling me I fall under old regulations. Finally, I have attached a PDF of the email I got from the UKGC explaining the new regulations in detail.

Somebody is incorrect here. Either Tradacasino is underprepared and not fully aware of the new regulations, or the UKGC is wrong in their explanation of the new regulations.

I have resorted to this complaint as I am now being ignored by TradaCasino customer service.

Trada Casino - Lost all my trust due to payment issues
Well where do I start... 7 days ago I would have given this casino 5 stars, not only for there game selection but for there customer service (up until recently). everything was going fine until around a week ago I made a withdrawal for £255. It takes around 2-4 hours for them to process withdrawal usually, and then once its processed it goes into my account instantly if I use the TRUSTLY payment method. well this time it never, I received my email telling me it was processed so I go to check my bank and its not there? strange... anyway I go to speak to there live chat agent who tells me ''its definitely processed on our side'' so that leads me to believe it was trustly at fault. anyway I contact trustly via email and also Trada's Banking email address to see if what the next step is.. I get a response from Trada telling me they have cancelled my withdrawal and I need to request it again. anyWAY I do this and it goes through as it should this time round. now 2 days ago I won another £450 and im literally going through the same process literally 1 day after the first situation was resolved. I've now been told this has been an ongoing issue over the holiday period and that I need to wait for them to speak to trustly to sort the issue. so instead of advising there customers that there may be an issue with withdrawals they just don't even bother to acknowledge it and even when it does mess up they don't tell you for 40 HOURS!!! I've lost all trust with this casino i've heard of the saying ''quick to take money but opposite when paying out'' and they have taken it to a different level. they obviously dont value there customers if they did they would have enough respect and loyalty to advise on any 'issue' thats occuring, which in turn would give people the choice before they make a deposit or even withdrawal.

This casino has Great deposit bonuses and no deposit bonuses during the week if you have deposited the previous week. Also has a really good VIP program and with fast withdrawals u couldnt really fault this casino

Quite often have to contact support to get bonuses credited. Games do y return to home using the home icon on my browser.. No 24/7 support so if a bonus isn’t credited after 11pm have to wait til 9 in the morning

Have a decent amount of games, have reasonable withdrawal frames (used to be instant but thats not anymore). Support is fast and they are friendly. Depositing is easy and getting verified also gave me no problems.

Bad bonus conditions. Got a promo mail, get 100 dead or alive 2 spins for 25. Deposited, played a little and decided to withdraw 20 which i managed to get back from zero because the slots were dead. After that played my spins but when i finished them the winnings were nowhere to be seen. After contacting support I was told it was forfeited because i made a withdrawal. Thats not very good. What I consider a deposited bonus is you get a reward for depositing and wagering it once or a couple of times. At trada you appearently only get your bonus if you lose your money and dont withdraw, so thats very bad in my opinion. Wont be getting any bonusses here anymore.

Nothing to like, maybe the no wager spins was a good thing, but they will give to players for a short time.

They will close your account if they see you are not profitable to them, they will block you from bonuses if you ask for it. You complain they will ban you. Some of their agent support are unfriendly and very aggressive. Their slots are rigged and controlled as dead or alive 1 and 2, they have some different games version than other good casinos! Outdated interface, live tables some times bets are rejected!

I love their live casino. They have NetEnt and Evolution gaming. Slots are fun, although sometimes they lag. I don’t mind the layout that Trada offers, even if some people say it’s seems to be an old design.
Chat response is always willing to help, and always respond as fast as they can (although they do not offer a 24/7 chat)

I chatted with one of the games manager for Trada and recommended that they add an option for video optimization through their live casino (I am a mobile user and lately I’ve been disconnected during the game, as they call it broken game) and said that since their optimization for their live casino was based solely on looks (high resolution) that this is the reason why I was having connection stability issues) Liam took my recommendation and said that he was happy I contacted him. Hopefully I’m the future I will have a chance to play live casino again without disconnecting hand losing some bets due to automatic standing because of an “error on my side” my mobile simply cannot take their high quality video.

The only withdrawal method I have is by bank transfer or ewallet (Ecopayz). Now I do not trust a 3rd party (ecopayz) as they are not very trustworthy lately. I’d rather do a long wait time via direct wire transfer with a casino I trust.
A while back I attempted to do a withdrawal via bank transfer. I thought I entered everything correctly from my account number all the way down to my I am (as I’ve done this before from many other gaming sites) Trada accepted my information and I was happy to know a payment would be hitting my bank account in a possible 1-6 days, as I verified my account. The withdraw was processed and accepted as I got an email stating so. Days went on and I didn’t receive a transfer. I was thinking to myself that this was longer than any other bank wire as I’ve done it before from Banks overseas. I reached out to chat a few times on separate days and they all assured me that my transfer was approved and it should arrive in a day or so. Days went on nd I didn’t receive anything. About 6 business days and 4 regular days later (10 in total even though I know you know how to do math) I received an email saying that my banking information was incorrect and that they transfer my money bank into my account.

Of course you can imagine I played with the money again and lost it. I know many casinos have tactics so that their gamers can lose the money they won’t but this one is a long agonizing trip.

I’ve banked/withdrew with casinos that did international wire transfers and they do not accept the transfer immediately if there is even one # that is incorrect. It will state that the field is invalid. Trada however accepts your information, makes you wait for a long period of time. Then they give you back your winning and make you try again. I went through the comments of askgamblers and realized this has happened to someone so I’m hoping this information is useful to other gamblers. Trada should have a checklist on what exact #’s they need before withdrawing using international wire transfer. The support team had no problem giving this information to me after I had waited 10 days later for my winnings.
Other than this slowwwwwwww dreadful waiting time, the casino is great.

I hope this review doesn’t get me banned from using their site. I’ve already poured over 2000$ into their casino. (Working on 3$) Not one withdrawal yet. Maybe I’m too much of an asset to get banned.

Lots of games to choose from with differing platforms

The slots are slow to play and extremely predictable. For example one game would spin faster when a win was due but slower when no win so depending on the speed of the spin you knew whether you had won or lost so no enjoyment. On another is you got 2 symbols for the bonus round you can see the remaining spinning wheels and most times there was no symbol so again you knew the result. On the home page an offer of 100 free spins on your first deposit is stated but it doesn't happen. All in all no enjoyment, predictable and if you want to throw your money give it a shot!

Nice simply done site with great UI and the games are pretty decent as well. Simple banking and simple rules with the (limited) welcome bonuses and promos.

I like there promotion with no wagering and the games

I do not get anymore the promotion or any bonus. Because I only played the promotion with no wagering. I deposit 50 euro and wager my deposit 1 x and then I play my free spins without wagering and withdraw what I have left of the deposit and free spins. So I have closed my account for ever I will never play there!

Fast Withdrawals and no game lags, regular bonuses but with high wagering.

Site has a old design and GUI not in line with the modern century. Not a huge variety of game providers included.

Now onto the important bits, that make this a very shady casino:

1) High variable games such as Dead or Alive which can payout huge amounts to the lucky player are capped, meaning you can only place a max bet of £/$4.50 whilst on other sites the bet limit is way higher. This is one way the casino alters the RTP and boosts the casinos advantage as the payout will be alot less on such low bet amounts.

2) I was a member on this site for approx 3 months, in that time, made several deposits and withdrawals ending up with a profit of £1900 net overall, suddenly out of no where, my deposit limit was capped and when i disputed this to get it raised my account was permanently closed with the generic clause that read something like "the casino reserves the right to close the players account indifinetly at any time and without explanation and furthermore to witheld all pending withdrawals, and / or to return the original deposits back to the players account".

My warning to every single player out there is, be very wary with this shady casino, they do not like winners and if they do not find you profitable then you will be dealt with in the same manner that I was. Why do i feel so strongly about sharing this on here? because the same thing happened to 3 other gambler I know who had a account here (one whom is a youtube streamer) therefore its a emerging pattern of this behaviour and not a one off thing.

I am still glad I played here and got out profitable, though i have 0 respect for casinos who deploy such tactics, eject winners, cap high payout games and so forth.

Also i would not purley focus on the high rating this casino has here, all the positive reviews may be genuine however its only wise to think that the casino / employees / marketing team can sign up and review themselves, but you know for sure when someone writes a bad review that it is genuine and from a player with first hand experience!
