General Information About Gamblezen Casino
Gamblezen Casino is an online casino that has a Curacao licence with the licence number: OGL/2024/112/0974. The casino displays a clear ownership through the footer of the website. Gamblezen is a part of the group called Fortuna Games N.V. which has over 20 online casinos under its umbrella. I found their registration number: 162413 in the licence registry.
I registered at Gamblezen in less than a minute. Although the casino offers registration via Google and Twitch, I typed everything manually, confirmed my email address and entered the casino lobby. However, after I registered, I made a deposit using cards, but this is where the casino asked me to enter my profile details, including my phone, Name, Surname, date, address and city. The registration consists of these two parts and before you can start playing games, you’ll have to enter everything and verify your profile.
Gamblezen Casino has existed since 2023 and it has received only 28 complaints in total. All of the accepted complaints are resolved to players’ advantage and the casino has been responsive and cooperative in every case.
Additionally, Gamblezen Casino has received over 1,200 player reviews, most of which are praising the ease of use, the casino lobby, the variety of games and the reliability of the site in general. For instance, our user Kitty0621 said it’s an “excellent casino with a huge variety of games, fast withdrawals, generous bonuses and friendly customer support,” while Mtu06032005 wasn’t too happy about the bonus terms and 35x wagering requirements which were “steep”.
For those of you looking for a Gamblezen promo code, ASKGAMBLERS gives you access to the exclusive welcome bonus of 220% up to €1500 + 200 Free Spins. Our experts reviewed all other Gamblezen Casino bonuses, checked Terms and Conditions, checked with casino support and listed them on our site, ready for you to grab ‘em.
Gamblezen Casino is a loved online casino among our player base. I decided to test everything to see if the overwhelmingly positive reviews are justified, so go through the online casino review and see what you can expect on Gamblezen.
Payment Information and Options at Gamblezen Casino
For a casino of this size, I was surprised that there is no payment page, outlining the payment details for different methods. Still, the cashier is easy to use, with the top options and all deposit methods listed below. The top options are selected based on the country you’re from, for me it was a bank deposit via Rapid and Skrill.
For deposit, I chose a Visa card and filled in the profile information. It took a bit longer to deposit the money the first time, but once you fill in your profile details, the process is significantly shorter on your second deposit. The €30 appeared in my balance right away (you can always check it in the right corner of the screen).
Besides Visa, Gamblezen offers a lot of different payment options such as Revolut, Apple and Google Pay, Paysafecard, Flexepin, but also cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tron and several others. The casino is pretty straightforward when it comes to deposits. You have to wager it three times before you can withdraw any money from the casino and nobody can deposit the money for you (your KYC documents should match with banking details).
Before asking for withdrawal, I had to submit the following KYC documents:
- Card pictures (both sides, with first 6 and the last 4 digits visible, with other numbers and CVV/CVV hidden)
- Bank statement
- ID card copy
- Proof of address
- Proof of ownership
The casino promises to process funds within 2 banking days and in my case, this is how much I waited before I received the money in my bank account. It’s faster for other payment options, especially crypto and also a first deposit is known to take longer because the casino has to check everything in detail.
In player reviews, many users marked “fast withdrawals”, “fast payouts” and “quick withdrawals” in the last six months. While that’s not surprising for crypto, bank transfers are surprisingly fast on Gamblezen. The downside is that you might have to wait through the weekend for your request to be processed, if you ask for money on a Friday.
Some limits you need to be familiar with: Gamblezen allows you to take up to €2,000 in 24 hours, €5,000 in 7 days and €20,000 in a month. While that’s enough for the majority of players, it might be low for high rollers. What’s also limiting is that you can have 1 pending withdrawal per payment method and with lower limits, you might have to wait for the money to be withdrawn.
Customer Support at Gamblezen Casino
When I opened chat support I was offered a choice between three different languages: English, German and Portuguese. Chat support on Gamblezen works well and it’s easy to find. The icon is located in the right corner of the site.
I typed my name and email and the bot transferred me to a customer agent named Olivia. The transfer took only a minute or so and before you know it, I had already asked some questions. Olivia was responsive and helpful, but as we were chatting regarding deposits and deposit limits, she directed me to Terms and Conditions instead of giving me a direct answer.
Via player complaints, some players noted that customer service could be improved, so it must depend on your issue as well as the agent you get. Generally speaking, I wasn’t dissatisfied with the support, but it did feel for a moment as if I was chatting with a bot. The good news is that support agents are available 24/7. I contacted the casino once again at different times just to check if the response time was the same and I noticed nothing different.
The contact us page at Gamblezen Casino is clear with an email [email protected] besides the live chat. The casino has a separate email address for KYC procedures and its [email protected] which worked well when I verified the account.
Games at Gamblezen Casino
Now, let’s go to the fun part - Gamblezen Casino games! I like how the lobby looks and how it’s organised. There’s a distinction in the main menu between online slots and live casino games. I opened online slots first and had a lot to see.
There are various categories, including new games, hot choices, popular games among players, while you can also sort out games by providers, choose table games and mark your favourites. Slots may have little marking on them such as “top” and “new” for example, while the RTP is also included.
Now, at the time of writing this review, I found some games with an RTP of over 100%. For instance, Old Gun by Hacksaw had 118%, Sugar Rush Super Scatter by Pragmatic Play had 135%. Something smells fishy here.
I know the Pragmatic’s game by heart and I’ve played it many times in different casinos. Although it’s a great game, an RTP of 135% is too high. So, with the money deposited, I started playing and while I had some luck at first, I went below the deposited sum and took a break. The shown RTP is unfortunately just a marketing tactic and any experienced player could tell you that. These are the games Gamblezen wanted to promote (most likely). These are great games, mind you, but don’t expect to record some easy wins out of the blue.
Anyway, I found over 70 providers, so the games aren’t lacking. I like the collection drop-down menu, the search bar works well and I love that I could try game demos. You can also save your favourites and have them at one click away. Overall, I encountered no issue with playing an online slot at the casino, on both my desktop and mobile. The game ran smoothly without interruptions.
The live casino lobby features games from different providers, including Evolution, BetGames, Ezugi, VivoGaming and some others. Because these games happen in real time, I decided to play some Speed Roulette by Evolution. The game runs smoothly, the hosts are professional and it’s a good experience overall. If you like live casino games, there are plenty of choices.
All the games at Gamblezen come from trusted software providers, which means that they’ve all been tested independently. I couldn't find the public RTP, anywhere in the casino.
Gamblezen Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Despite the excellent casino ranking, I was a bit disappointed to see Gamblezen Casino lacking in responsible gambling tools. There is a responsible gambling page, which was last updated in 2024, which means that the casino has done nothing to improve this on the website.
Besides some generic information the casino has on the page, I found no tools which you can use directly from your profile. The only ones available include self-assessment test and self-exclusion, which you must request via customer service and hope everything goes well. The self-assessment test is GambleAware’s official test.
Players appreciate the user-friendly interface and the extensive game selection, which makes navigation easy and enjoyable. Many also highlight the fast loading times and reliable performance, contributing to a smooth gaming experience.
