I made a deposit via etransfer December 21 the money was taken from my bank account and never credited to my casino account I spoke with the casino which is very complicated and at first they told me they don’t deal with etransfer ? Then they told me to wait 24 hours still nothing then they told me 48 hours and now they don’t even answer my chat so all I want is my money back I don’t trust them

Trada casino finally credited my deposit today they had trouble tracking it and explained why it happened and how to avoid it. So please close my complaint

Just to make people aware the casino does not respond via chat I have been trying for 3 days please avoid this casino they are not honest they haven’t responded to any bodies complaints since they reopened I will gladly give them a positive review if they credit my 50 dollars but I have a feeling they will not beware !! Do not play at Trada casino
