You can connect five crypto wallets: WalletConnect, Trust Wallet, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet and OKX Wallet. I liked this option as it makes the deposit process pretty straightforward.
According to the terms, fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals. Crypto transactions are fee-free, while I couldn’t confirm the exact fees for fiat options. The casino says it typically absorbs deposit fees, and dormant accounts don’t carry fees either.

Customer Support at Bitguruz Casino
Bitguruz offers just two customer support channels: 24/7 live chat and email at [email protected].
You don’t need to be registered to use the live chat, although you do have to provide your name and email address. The chat button is available in the bottom-right corner of every page.
To be honest, customer support was one of my biggest disappointments. The “agent” I interacted with was actually an AI bot, and while most responses arrived within 30 seconds, the answers were often vague or inconsistent.
I received conflicting information about self-exclusion, couldn’t get a clear answer about which languages live chat supports, and the bot couldn’t confirm whether the site uses SSL encryption.
I specifically asked support agent Anna, “Does the site use SSL encryption?” The response was: “Unfortunately, I do not have access to this information.”
There’s also no FAQs section, which I think would be useful for answering many of the basic questions the chat struggled with. FAQs are common at online casinos, so Bitguruz falls a little short here.
There’s no phone support either, although I’d consider this a minor drawback since most casinos tend to skip it.

I liked the overall organisation, with the left-hand hamburger menu making it easy to jump between categories. You can also filter games further by provider.
There are 80 software providers, including Hacksaw Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Play’n Go. The live casinos section also includes Evolution Gaming, which was good to see.
I tested several titles from the Popular section, including Le Bandit, Gates of Valhalla and Tiny Toads.

I’m a fan of this approach because I’ve seen plenty of sites require players to email support before they can set these limits.
Self-exclusion was much less straightforward.
The Responsible Gambling page says players can self-exclude for six months, one year, two years or five years, but I couldn’t find this option in my account settings.
I asked live chat about it and was told self-exclusion was available in my settings. It wasn’t.
