General Information about Fiery Play Casino
Fiery Play Casino is an online casino that is owned and operated by NIXXE B.V., a company registered in Curacao. The casino is also licensed and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Control Board, under license number OGL/2024/1363/0705.
The casino supports a long list of languages and you can sign up from most web and mobile platforms. The sign up process is quick and easy. You’ll be asked to pick a welcome package as you register. We’ve listed the best Fiery Play Casino bonuses for you to choose from. Your welcome package is worth up to $2,500 + 350 free spins. This will be spread over your first four deposits. This offer may not be available to every country, so your exact welcome may vary. However, it’s a great package to help boost your funds for future deposits and get you started.
Once you’re a member, you’ll have access to regular promotions and tournaments and their loyalty program will reward you with extra treats based on how active you are at the casino. They also have a separate VIP Club. You can unlock exclusive rewards, higher limits and other privileges. Payment Information and Options at Fiery Play Casino
The casino supports the major payment providers which you’ll see in the lobby, according to your country. The minimum deposit amount is $10 and you must wager your deposits at least two times.
You must verify your account before making a withdrawal. Sometimes a source of funds will be required and the casino may request a video call. For any additional verification checks like this, you need to send your documents within 7 business days.
Once verified, the casino has a tiered withdrawal system based on how much you withdraw. I think this makes the whole withdrawal timeframe process far more complicated than it needs to be but here is how it works:
- Withdrawal up to $300 will take 2 business days
- Withdrawal from $301 - $1,500 can take 5 business days
- Withdrawal from $1501 - $15,000 can take 14 business days
- Anything exceeding $15,001 can take up to 30 business days
Overall, the timeframes are extremely long compared to the industry standard and could leave you waiting quite a long time, especially for a larger cashout. These timeframes also don’t include weekends and bank holidays. And, if your current account balance and lifetime withdrawals are at least 20 times larger than the sum of your deposits you can only withdraw up to €5,000 every 30 days. The maximum amount you can withdraw via a Visa or Master card is also low at $450 per transaction!
Customer Support at Fiery Play Casino
If you need help, the casino has a live chat feature. You can use the live chat icon or scroll to the foot of the casino to access it that way. Within the live chat box, you’ll see some commonly asked questions which may also be worth checking out. However, for anything more complex you can initiate a conversation with a live chat agent.
Once you write your question, you’ll be connected or you’ll join a queue during busy periods. I was connected instantly. I spoke with a friendly support agent who replied quickly and professionally. Live chat is open 24/7 and supports popular languages like English, Polish and German.
If you need additional support, you can also email the casino at any time. Unfortunately, I could not find any phone support but in my experience, live chat is the best and fastest way to get help.
Games at Fiery Play Casino
The casino has a massive portfolio of games provided by some of the biggest names in the industry. I found more than 11,000 online slot games alone! A catalogue of games that can cater to all types of players.
The lobby is quite busy and there’s a lot going on which can be a bit overwhelming. However, There are quite a lot of sorting and filtering options available. You can use these to help you find your favourite games. You can sort games by theme, category, popularity, choose a random game or use the search bar to find any game almost instantly.
I tested a few games for compatibility on my mobile device and to see how they run on the web. Each game I tried played with no issues and I was happy with the overall user-experience. The only thing missing was any information regarding the games RTPs.
There is a heavy focus on slots, but the casino also has a selection of table games and live casino games. There are more than 500 live casino games to enjoy from popular providers. You’ll find versions of live blackjack, live roulette and more.
Fiery Play Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
The casino has a great section dedicated to responsible gambling. I found lots of really useful information and some self-assessment questions. You’ll also have access to some personal limits when you create an account. However, to activate them, you must contact the casino rather than being able to do these yourself.
You can email the casino to exclude yourself from your account, to impose limits on the funds that you use or to close your account permanently. It is not clear exactly which financial limits can be set and whether or not these include wager and loss limits. However, you can definitely set deposit limits if you are struggling to manage your finances.
The casino games seems to be broken because I won atleast a scatter on each game I played wagering the bonus money I got. Its incredible the casino aspect of this bookie
The thing I'm disappointed in is the rule of max x3 deposit win . I managed to take my 19usd bonus money to 105 but have to forfeit the rest because there is limit to win. Seems unfair to me.
