I am still waiting to receive my winnings fro BGO casino. I withdrew 500 pounds ten days ago and was told that it was processed the following day. I have still not received my money and despite communicating with both the casino and my banking provider, I still have no idea where my winnings are. BGO say that it has left their bank, but my banking provider says that it has never arrived. I just want my winnings, I have deposited enough into the site and there have never been any problems taking my money, so why when I finally have a win is it so hard receive what I am entitled to. In all fairness, I will say that I was granted a 25pound chip for 'goodwill', but that was gone in about 5 mins after the slots were jumping around and not really functioning as they normally do.....

This issue has now been resolved. Andrew was a great help and directly transferred the money into my account. I received it yesterday. They are going to chase up where the original winnings went to. I am just glad that I don't have to wait any longer.

I have been dealing with this case daily as it is obvious that this money has been lost on transit between bgo and the player's bank account. We are not entirely sure at this stage why this has occurred, but to save the player any more further delays we have completed the payment via wire transfer and this has now been duly received.
