Keeps declining payment and putting my withdrawal back on my balance

I won 3700 euro's on Staybet casino over a month ago. After going through the slow verification process (they kept asking for additional documents) My account was finally verified and I made a withdrawal for 1000 euro's (the maximum allowed amount per week).
When I checked the site a couple of days later after not having received the withdrawal I saw that they had put the money back on my balance without informing me about it. So I asked their live support what was going on and he told me just submit it again and we will process it, so i did. Then after a couple of days I saw that they did the same thing with that withdrawal and just put the money back on my account without notifying me.
I then went to the live support again and he just told me the same thing. Just submit a withdrawal and we will process it. His exact words were "now all we can do is wait". Like it's a normal way of handling things and I just need to submit it over and over and maybe someday they'll feel like processing it. After that I actually thought that this would be the last time they would do this as I was obviously not satisfied with them (that was last Friday the 25th of November).
So today (Monday the 28th of November) I checked again and they had actually done it again. So I submitted the withdrawal again and started writing this complaint hoping they will see it and can give me a decent explanation what's going on because I can't just keep submitting over and over and being told the same story without ever receiving the funds.
So they have now for no reason cancelled the same withdrawal 3 times and I have just submitted it for the 4th time.
