Hi I have contacted sloty support on numerous occasions. I have requested information that they seem to be reluctant to supply..
Perhaps they will here!!!
The game in question is there european roulette pro game..
I have requested information on how many spins I have had since joining.
They keep sending me documents with what shows around six pages around 60 spins in total..
I know I have had over 270 but I would like the exact number..
Also I have also asked for my rtp % for this game.
They will email me the rtp % for there over all site which I know is 95%.
I want my rtp % for my game play on the European roulette pro game they provide.
My reason for requesting this information is Im sure I have diposeted close to 500 euro playing this game and I have been betting on it landing on the number 0.
over 270 spins and it never has landed on 0 I'm sure my rtp for this game is no higher than 13% for this game as all the game play/ spins I have had I have only had 2 winning spins..
This has lead me to believe that the game is playing unfairly and there reluctane to provide me with the relevant info I require and a plausible explanation as to how the game can play so bad..
I hope this does not get deleted as this is my only hope to get the information I require..

This complaint has been reopened as per Sloty Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
