Ladbrokes Casino - Self excluded, but allowed to create new accounts and deposit

i have already raised this complaint with Ladbrokes directly but i have still not got a reply in regards to the refund i want. i am making this complaint because i have self excluded myself from ladbrokes a couple months ago but i have still been able to make several new accounts and place bets and lost alot of money. when i made the self exclusion i told ladbrokes that i have a gambling problem and i don't want to use the website anymore. i spoke to someone on there customer service line called "May" she told me that she can see that on the new accounts i made the personal details such as name, address and date of birth was the same as the self excluded account and that i shouldnt have been able to carry on betting. on another occasion my account got locked and in there live chat they said we need to close your other accounts as you can only use one account they didn't stop me from betting. all i am asking for is a refund for my deposits which was over 600 pounds on several accounts and also that i am never able to make another account on there website again.

They have agreed to refund me £344 which I lost on one account but it has now been 3 days and they keep telling me to wait 48 hours till it is processed. I have lost money on other accounts whilst self excluded also
