This is regarding a withdrawl that was approved on 4/21/16 in the amount of $1171.25.
I have had the same issue with almost every casino in this group. It is very aggravating to me that every response that you receive regarding the delayed payment issue is dealt with a copied and pasted response. It is very obvious that they are handling all of their withdrawls in the same manner. Their rules state; Your payment will be made within 10 business days after approval, Express or Standard. Nothing ever happens within the 10 day time frame. I usually contact them via Live Chat at the 15 business day mark. I am always given the same response that the withdrawl has been approved, but not sent, and that it will now go to the Escalation Division, and an email address is given. I promptly email the Escalation Division and receive again a canned letter that this issue is being placed on a priority list and that I will receive an email when they have a confirmation. My reaction to all of this...that it is another stalling procedure. Another attempt to push this payment out as long as they possibly can without giving the player any actual, useful information. I would very much appreciate Ask Gamblers to help me find out the true status of when I might receive this payout. Thank you very much.
