Giving me the run around, not paying promptly


I played for the first time in November at this casino and was very happy with everything until it got to the payout!! I requested a payout around November 25th, I was approved for $3825 on November 30th. I sent in my MC and verification form they requested. I waited a few days and chatted with someone who said they had received them and to wait for processing. I waited and chatted live a few more times (every couple days) to make sure everything was ok (cause I had seen the horror stories about payments!)! Each time I was told it was going to take time cause they were busy. I even had one agent (Danny - I'm keeping screenshots of chats now for verification) who stated that "I know they have sent a lot of checks during last 4 weeks you can expect it soon". I asked if he thought mine was mailed and he said yes. I checked back yesterday and he says they don't have my documents in order to process my payment? WHAT? The last 5 agents have assured me everything was fine and my payment should be going out any day now, and then suddenly they don't have my documents??? I asked for a manager and the live agent (Rooney) said they were busy. I then get an email from a Ruslan @processing and he/she asks for me to send in my documents, so I do. Today I try talking to somone (Franny Glass) and she states nothing is there. Every time I ask why previous agents have told me everything was there and check would be mailing out but now this she ignores me. Proceeds to tell me to check back in 3 - 4 days. So frustrated with all this run around!!!!

I submitted a previous complaint that died out because Slots of Casino didn't respond. I'm waiting on over $8000 to be paid. It's going to take 6 seperate checks??? And they'll only mail one per week. I still haven't received the first one!! Everything done in November! ! Still waiting, get the same response of "next week". And of course since I won big, and complained here (probably ), I've lost money ever since!!

This complaint has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

This is not correct Tawni. More run around! Elena (from the finance team) and I communicated back and forth on December 16th and she received all my paperwork. She stated she received everything and my check would mail this week!!
