I played for the first time in November at this casino and was very happy with everything until it got to the payout!! I requested a payout around November 25th, I was approved for $3825 on November 30th. I sent in my MC and verification form they requested. I waited a few days and chatted with someone who said they had received them and to wait for processing. I waited and chatted live a few more times (every couple days) to make sure everything was ok (cause I had seen the horror stories about payments!)! Each time I was told it was going to take time cause they were busy. I even had one agent (Danny - I'm keeping screenshots of chats now for verification) who stated that "I know they have sent a lot of checks during last 4 weeks you can expect it soon". I asked if he thought mine was mailed and he said yes. I checked back yesterday and he says they don't have my documents in order to process my payment? WHAT? The last 5 agents have assured me everything was fine and my payment should be going out any day now, and then suddenly they don't have my documents??? I asked for a manager and the live agent (Rooney) said they were busy. I then get an email from a Ruslan @processing and he/she asks for me to send in my documents, so I do. Today I try talking to somone (Franny Glass) and she states nothing is there. Every time I ask why previous agents have told me everything was there and check would be mailing out but now this she ignores me. Proceeds to tell me to check back in 3 - 4 days. So frustrated with all this run around!!!!
