Payment declined and $30,586 balance removed

Last week my withdrawable balance in my account was wiped after winning at numerous slot tournaments and many slot games after building my balance for some time.

I used a Bonus like i usually do & made sure i understood the terms & conditions attached to the Bonus from my deposit and was fully aware of all Casino Rules for Bonuses/Cashouts etc previous to playing to avoid possible disappointment later.

https://www.slotsofvegas.com/rules.php

On this occasion I used a bonus SLOTSTOURNEY" of 300% Deposit NO MAX Bonus + no rules.

Knowing this deposit bonuses comes with a 1x playthrough requirement as it's their house minimum, no limits on how much you can cash-out, will redeem with any deposit you make of $30 or more, and are good for play on Slots, Keno,Bingo and Scratch Card
games only. Bonus amounts are considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal
request.

I played slots until I had completed the 1x playthrough requirement like I usually do so the
balance was now withdrawable ( cash balance ) minus of course the non-cashable Bonus amount if I was then wanting to withdrawal.

Once I have a cash withdrawable balance the Slot Tournaments become available for me to play (Slot Tournaments are not available until i have met the requirements & have a cash balance no matter what Bonus code i use)

I proceeded to win a bunch of Tournaments and had a Substantial Balance of over $30,000 when I decided to make a withdrawal and then keep on playing as there is a $2,500.00 weekly withdrawal limit for regular players.

09/17/2017 12:17 PM Bitcoin Withdrawal Requested -$2,500.00

I Continued to play various Slot Tournaments, slots, etc and checked the cashier regularly to see when the 1st withdrawal was approved, so I could make another.

09/21/2017 10:40 AM Bitcoin Withdrawal Approved! -$2,410
09/21/2017 10:40 AM Manager Withdrawal Requested -$90.00
09/28/2017 09:43 AM Manager Withdrawal Approved -$90.00

On the Date stated above the 1st Withdrawal was approved and the withdrawal option was available again, so I made a 2nd withdrawal request on the 22nd and it was a[[rovedon the 28th.

09/22/2017 04:26 PM Bitcoin Withdrawal Requested -$2,500.00
09/28/2017 09:43 AM Bitcoin Withdrawal Approved! -$2,500.00

I then proceeded to make a 3rd withdrawal on Oct 1st after playing some more.

10/01/2017 05:08 PM Bitcoin Withdrawal Requested -$2,500.00

But on the 10/03/2017 i received a pop stating withdrawal declined :

10/03/2017 08:52 AM Manager Withdrawal Requested -$30,586.78
10/03/2017 08:52 AM Manager Withdrawal Approved! -$30,586.78
10/03/2017 08:51 AM Bitcoin Withdrawal Declined $2,500.00

and my balance was removed from the casino.

To my Horror, after i had built my balance up in a couple of weeks to over $30,000 and too many hours of play.I believe this is an incorrect decision by someone representing the casino to remove all of my winnings.

I Contacted the help desk a number of times, they were all very polite ( as always ) and apologetic but could
not help me any further and stated the bonus was not for use in Slot Tournaments and only for Direct Cash
Deposits, but i wasn't going to argue with them as nowhere in the Casino Rules or Terms & Conditions is this
stated, as i checked many times prior to this occasion & have been paid withdrawals before from Bonuses after
playing Slots then Slot Tournaments and back to slots.

From Slots of Vegas Tournament Rules :

Tournament Rules

Entry to Tournaments

Tournament entries must be paid from a player's cash balance.

etc...........

See here :

https://www.slotsofvegas.com/rules.php#tournament

The only mention of No bonus money relates to Network Progressives which i totally understood, not Slot
Tournaments, that's why i built up a bank in keno to play slots :

Network Progressives

No bonus money may be used to play any of the network progressives offered by us. This rule applies from the
moment a bonus is redeemed until your balance is zero despite having completed any playthrough requirements. Any
winnings generated from bonus money will be declared void.

So my Issues are :

I Followed all the rules of every bonus i have ever received & fully followed until the winning is cashed out or
on this occasion tried to cash out.

Why was my 1st Withdrawal attempt approved (never received by me) , if i didn't follow all the rules ?

No where in the Casino's Rules or the Casinos T & C's does it state that Slot Tournaments are only meant to be
used with only straight cash or Direct Deposits with no Bonuses or that winnings after using a bonus need to be cashed out then redeposited to play Slot Tournaments, they are Slot games. I made sure i read all the
rules always again before playing with a Bonus or else i wouldn't have used one at all as i enjoy competing at slots, just like the other Casino's i play with, where once the playthrough is met and you have a withdraw balance tournaments are available because i now have a cash balance minus the non-cashable bonus.

I have not even received the two withdrwals that were approved.
Please Help me resolve this issue AskGamblers. Thank You

This is by far my favorite Casino on the net and would love to keep on playing & recommending to friends etc to
play at Slots of Vegas, if it weren't for this issue. I'm hoping we can come to a Satisfactory Agreement for
both parties and move on with AskGamblers help.

Please find some attached Screenshots, please let me know if you need any more information. Thank You

What are you talking about? I do not have a roommate and have not shared a credit card with anyone. I have a friend who plays at online casinos and participates in the tournaments but I don’t see anywhere in your rules and regulations that states you can’t be friends with another casino player.

I was in no way abusing the tournaments. I entered and played thentournsmets just like anyone else. I’m not sure what you are basing your assumptions on but they are completely false.

Approved Bitcoin withdrawal remains unpaid
Use $2,268 as the disputed amount. That is the approved, overdue payment with the strongest claim.

I respectfully submit this complaint regarding an approved $2,268 Bitcoin withdrawal that Slots of Vegas has not processed or paid within its published timeframe.

Chronology

On August 5, 2026, Slots of Vegas reviewed my Bitcoin withdrawal request. On August 11, 2026, the casino approved a withdrawal in the amount of $2,268. As of August 29, the withdrawal remains at “Approved” status and has not advanced to “Processing” or “Paid.” I have not received the funds or a Bitcoin transaction ID.

Slots of Vegas states in Section 5.8 of its published Terms and Conditions that payment will be made within 7–10 business days after approval. More than 10 business days have elapsed since the $2,268 withdrawal was approved. Accordingly, this approved withdrawal is overdue under the casino’s own published payment commitment.

Attempts to resolve the matter

I have contacted customer service repeatedly. The representatives have stated that the casino is experiencing a high volume of withdrawals and have repeatedly assured me that my withdrawal was “escalated” or “expedited.”

Despite those assurances:

* The approved $2,268 withdrawal has not advanced to processing.
* I have not been given a firm release date.
* No representative has identified a verification, account, or Bitcoin wallet issue.
* I have not been asked to provide any additional documentation.
* I have not received a substantive explanation for the delay.

I have successfully received withdrawals from Slots of Vegas in the past. Historically, once my withdrawals were approved, they advanced to processing within a few hours. This is the first time an approved withdrawal has remained unpaid beyond the casino’s published 7–10 business day timeframe.

Additional pending withdrawals

I also have two separate Bitcoin withdrawal requests that were reviewed on August 12, 2026:

* $2,500, which remains at “Requested” status
* $1,202, which remains at “Requested” status

These two withdrawals are still pending and have not yet been approved. Together, they total $3,702. Including the overdue approved withdrawal, the total amount currently outstanding is $5,970.

I recognize that Section 5.10 of the casino’s terms permits multiple withdrawals to be processed sequentially and may reset the timeframe for subsequent withdrawals. For that reason, the formal disputed amount in this complaint is limited to the $2,268 withdrawal approved on August 11, 2026, because that withdrawal has already been approved and has exceeded the casino’s published 7–10 business day payment period.

The two additional withdrawals are not being presented as overdue payments under Section 5.8 because they remain at “Requested” status and have not yet been approved. However, they are relevant to the overall situation and should not be confused with the approved withdrawal. The sequential-processing provision may affect the timing of those later withdrawals, but it does not explain why the already-approved $2,268 payment remains unpaid beyond the casino’s stated payment commitment.

Requested resolution

I respectfully request that Slots of Vegas:

1. Immediately process and pay the approved $2,268 Bitcoin withdrawal.
2. Provide the payment date and Bitcoin transaction ID when the payment is issued.
3. Confirm in writing whether any hold, verification requirement, or other issue is preventing payment.
4. Confirm whether any further action or documentation is required from me.
5. Provide the anticipated approval and payment sequence for the remaining $3,702 in pending withdrawals, while clearly distinguishing their status from the overdue approved withdrawal.

I have cooperated with the casino, remained patient, and made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this directly. I am not requesting preferential treatment or anything beyond the withdrawal already approved and the funds reflected in my account.

I respectfully request AskGamblers’ assistance in obtaining payment of the overdue $2,268 withdrawal in accordance with Slots of Vegas’s published 7–10 business day payment commitment, together with a clear written schedule for the remaining $3,702 in pending withdrawals.

Withdraw Refusal No Other Options
I am submitting this complaint regarding my ongoing difficulty withdrawing funds from Slots of Vegas (Slotsofvegas.com).

As of August 4, 2026, I have been attempting to withdraw my available balance of $2,423. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter through the casino’s customer service department, I have been unable to access my funds.

I have communicated with multiple customer service representatives regarding this issue. While the representatives have generally been polite and appeared willing to assist, the responses I received were often generic and appeared to consist primarily of copy-and-pasted responses that did not adequately address my specific situation.

As part of the withdrawal process, I completed the required verification of my identity and account. I was subsequently required to verify the debit card that I had used to make a deposit, which I also completed.

After completing these verification requirements, I attempted to withdraw my funds using Bitcoin. I expected this to be an available withdrawal option, particularly because cryptocurrency was presented as an available method for withdrawing funds. However, my withdrawal request was refused because the casino stated that my winnings originated from a deposit made using a debit card.

I was then instructed to withdraw my funds through an international wire transfer.

This presents a problem because my bank does not accept international wire transfers. I explained this situation to customer service and asked for an alternative method that would allow me to receive my funds. I was told that I should use another bank account. However, I only have one bank account, and opening or obtaining another account does not necessarily resolve the underlying issue if the withdrawal must still be processed as an international wire transfer.

The only other solution that has been presented to me is to transfer my $2,423 balance to a player’s card and use those funds at one of the casino’s partner casinos.

I do not consider this an acceptable resolution. I earned these funds through Slots of Vegas, and I am requesting the ability to withdraw my balance rather than being required to transfer the money to another casino and gamble it there. Additionally, I have concerns about whether a partner casino would ultimately honor a withdrawal request to my bank, particularly given the difficulties I have already experienced attempting to withdraw these funds.

At this point, I feel that I have exhausted the reasonable options available to me through customer service. I have completed the identity and payment-method verification requested by the casino, and I have repeatedly attempted to cooperate with their withdrawal requirements. I am simply asking for a reasonable and legitimate method to receive the $2,423 balance that is currently showing as available for withdrawal.

I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that Slots of Vegas be required to provide a reasonable method for me to withdraw my funds without requiring me to deposit the money into another casino or continue gambling in order to access it.

Complaint Against Slots of Vegas – $1,600 Withdrawal Delayed

I am filing this complaint regarding a $1,600 withdrawal from Slots of Vegas that I have still not received.

I requested my $1,600 withdrawal on August 4, 2026. I was told that I would receive my funds within 7–10 days. However, I have not received my money.

Before making the withdrawal, I had already experienced problems with the casino’s verification process. I was asked for verification information and documents, and I cooperated with their requests. I was subsequently told that the verification issue was resolved and that there were no additional holds preventing my withdrawal.

Despite this, my withdrawal has still not been paid.

The issue is particularly frustrating because I was given a specific timeframe for receiving my money, and I relied on that information. I have done everything requested of me, yet I continue to wait for funds that I am owed.

I am asking Slots of Vegas to provide a clear explanation for the delay and to immediately process my $1,600 withdrawal.

I would also like the casino to confirm in writing:

Whether my withdrawal has been approved.
Whether there are currently any holds or verification issues on my account.
If the withdrawal has been approved, when the payment was actually sent.
If it has not been approved, the exact reason it remains pending.
Whether any additional documentation is required from me.
I am not asking for anything beyond the withdrawal that I already requested. I have cooperated with the casino’s verification requirements and have been patient throughout this process.

I would appreciate AskGamblers’ assistance in getting this matter resolved and getting my $1,600 withdrawal paid without further unnecessary delays.

Slots of Vegas keeps denying all ways of withdrawal request multiple times always for different reasons

Hello, I have won a large amount of over $6000 dollars. My withdrawal request continuously being denied. Always for a different reason than last time I talked to customer support. This has been going on for over a month almost now. First withdrawal request I did was for bitcoin, customer service representative was telling me everything I needed to do in order to do this withdrawal. I completed all step, received case numbers and went back to live chat and provided case numbers they told me multiple times I provided all information needed and the were escalating it to the correct department. Waited and received denial. Went back and asked live support was it was denied. They said because my last deposit wasn’t a bitcoin deposit so I couldn’t do a withdrawal that way. They did not say this when I first talked to them. Asked another agent they gave me a different reason why. Yes all agents I spoke with said they received all the information needed for this withdrawal but still always had a different reasoning. So then I tried the withdrawal with a wire transfer. First request I did I entered all my information, sent documents of both 2 items they requested. Electric bill and bank statement from may-June which was the newest I had on my banking account with < > Bank.received the case number from the email response back. When back on to chat with live agent they said everything with both documents were good and they were escalating my case again. Saw it was denied again and asked live agent why. This time they told me that the last agent did escalate my case so the correct department did receive or review my documents that were requested so they couldn’t verify me. But rest assured I was told they now escalated it now and all the documents were still good for my withdrawal just needed to wait for it to get approved within the next 2 weeks. Ok so I waited logged back about 2 weeks ago now and saw it was denied again. So I asked a live agent once again why. This time they told me that my document for my bank statement wasn’t the newest and needed a newer version. So I actually received the newest version on July 13th for period June- July 13th. Sent that document in another email received another case number and asked live agent once again to check if I needed anything else now and they said everything needed it good. So they escalated my case again to a department they said. Saw that wire transfer was denied once again and chatted with live agent yesterday. Asked why it was denied. They said they the 3rd party payer couldn’t validate my bank account because they can’t accept <> checking account for wire transfers. Which is not correct because they specifically told me at the beginning of all this that <>  was a good bank that they deal with. I asked my bank also and verified they can accept wire transfers for my account and that most likely I was being scammed from not receiving my wire transfer due to a false statement from the issuer or also known as “stalling loop” The agent I chatted with yesterday then told me I had to open another bank account with either <> banks .i would have to have a positive balance of 20 or more for at least a month and then I could start the process all over again when I got my first statement with my new account. The agent then came back and said that I actually had to have a balance of 30 dollars now. Even though before about a month ago they accepted <> bank and all my information was apparently good to go, so how does it happen now that they don’t accept <> bank? There is always a different reason for everything as a excuse given from multiple live agents over this whole process now. All I want to do is get my full withdrawal that I am Eligible for in the amount of 6505.65 it is all withdrawal able as I already checked that multiple times because they did take away my bonus money I believe they called it off the top of my winnings after my first attempt to withdrawal. Please help me get my withdrawal as I’m eligible and entitled as I played with my money and won. I do have attachments I will upload from the different chats over the month and also email responses from a live agent not from a automatic reply.
