Hello. This casino confiscated 950 euros from me. The reason is that I made one bet over their limit. I told them that this can't be true cause I auto-played all the time placing bets of 5 (which is their limit) . They insist that I placed one bet of 8. When I asked for the gaming history (which I couldn't check by my own, cause their software doesn't work) I only received a transaction number with some details. I asked for a screen shot because I can't be sure that they tell me the truth and they denied it, replying that they gave me the number ID and won't create a screenshot. I can't understand this suspicious behavior and also I can't understand how there was only a single different bet. I have to add that I had sent my document for verification and I was verified. i need some from you Askgamblers. Thank you.

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided with evidence on behalf management of Staybet Casino and we can confirm that player place a bet over the maximum allowed bet of 5 euros. Upon casino's terms when player wager a bonus he/she need to withdraw all bonus related winnings. The player left money of the bonus winnings and then played over a maximum betting rule, with this she/he breached casino's terms: XI.1.
Maximum allowed casino bet when wagering is €5 each bet or the equivalent in other currency per game and spin. Larger bets will lead to confiscation of the bonus assets, free spins and possible winnings made on bonus money. When fullfilling the wager requirement, the €5 max bet rule still applies up until all funds from the wagered bonus has been withdrawaled, since these funds origins from the bonus. These rules also apply to campaigns that by mistake were promoted without a valid wagering requirement.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In a case of a disagreement with our decision we remind the player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for Staybet Casino.
