I have had an outstanding withdrawal from Betsafe since June 9, 2019. I have contacted customer support and have not been able to resolve the outstanding amount.

I see that others are required to submit a bank statement to prove that the funds were not received. As another user indicated, I also bank with CIBC and they have not been able to locate any transfer.
