Really, I really didn't want to raise a complaint. I am still awaiting the 555Euro cashout that was applied for at the beginning of Jan 2014. Everything was approved and a few weeks ago the 14 business days for cashout were completed and still nothing?
I have emailed accounts and the manager but still nothing. The casino does say in emails that they appreciate my patience. I too also appreciate the politeness of the staff but now its over two months since I applied. I supplied my Neteller information and everything asked for.
I hope this can now be sorted.
