BGO Casino - Account suspended following withdrawal request

I won £799.81 and withdrew the money back into my PayPal account, so I thought!!!. I then tried to log back into my account 3 days later to find the account had been suspended? No email or contact from BGO regarding the suspended account. I assume this is because they want me to verify my identity so emailed them my drivers licence and a recent correspondence with my address on.
Pretty poor that the account has been suspended with no contact from BGO prior to them doing this. Makes me wonder if I'll ever receive my winnings.

We have emailed you this morning explaining the reasons why the account was suspended. I am hoping that the rationale is self explanatory and the next steps to get this resolved are fairly straight forward.

I have been contacted by BGO, they are saying that the PayPal account I deposited from shouldn't have been used as it is my husbands name. They were happy to take my money from that account but not so keen to pay my winnings back!!!!! Funny that the 3 other online sites I play don't have an issue with depositing the money back to it!!!
They now want me to register and deposit from a new funding source, I will no doubt have to meet wagering requirements etc etc and a further 72 hours whilst the withdrawal is processed before I ever get in touching distance of my winnin­gs......l­ooking less likely that I will ever see that money!!!!

Naturally I cannot comment on other company's policies around depositing, however we are conscious that we would be accepting funds in this instance without the account holder's consent. The transaction will naturally complete initially as it would be a legitimate transaction from the payment holder, however we endeavour to monitor all deposits in a timely fashion and then suspend the account where appropriate.

I can now see that you have placed a withdrawal in the card of your own name so we have been happy to complete this withdrawal now and it is on route to your card.
I hope that the matter is now resolved.
