Trada Casino - Ignored gambling regulations and allowed me to deposit and gamble before verification
I opened my Tradacasino account at the end of March of this year, but did not first deposit until late May. On the 27th of May 2019, I first deposited into my TradaCasino account and was able to gamble. 2 Days later, on the 29th of May 2019, I was asked for ID to verify my account. Under the new regulations that came in on May 7th of this year, that is now against the terms of their license. I should not have been allowed to deposit without verification.

I contacted Tradacasino about this via email, and was told that because I opened my account before May 7th, I fall under old regulations and this not eligible for a refund of funds. I believe this to be false. Under the new regulations, all unverified customers need to be verified before being able to deposit. I was able to deposit after May 7th without verification. I believe this to be a clear violation of their license. I have contacted the UKGC about this, and they tell me that I am correct in thinking this and that all customers must be verified regardless of when the account was originally made.

Due to this, I believe I am eligible for a refund on the funds deposited as they should not have been allowed to be deposited without verification anyway.

I have attached screenshots of when I first deposit and when I was asked for ID. I have also attached screenshots of Tradacasino telling me I fall under old regulations. Finally, I have attached a PDF of the email I got from the UKGC explaining the new regulations in detail.

Somebody is incorrect here. Either Tradacasino is underprepared and not fully aware of the new regulations, or the UKGC is wrong in their explanation of the new regulations.

I have resorted to this complaint as I am now being ignored by TradaCasino customer service.

Trada Casino - Lost all my trust due to payment issues
Well where do I start... 7 days ago I would have given this casino 5 stars, not only for there game selection but for there customer service (up until recently). everything was going fine until around a week ago I made a withdrawal for £255. It takes around 2-4 hours for them to process withdrawal usually, and then once its processed it goes into my account instantly if I use the TRUSTLY payment method. well this time it never, I received my email telling me it was processed so I go to check my bank and its not there? strange... anyway I go to speak to there live chat agent who tells me ''its definitely processed on our side'' so that leads me to believe it was trustly at fault. anyway I contact trustly via email and also Trada's Banking email address to see if what the next step is.. I get a response from Trada telling me they have cancelled my withdrawal and I need to request it again. anyWAY I do this and it goes through as it should this time round. now 2 days ago I won another £450 and im literally going through the same process literally 1 day after the first situation was resolved. I've now been told this has been an ongoing issue over the holiday period and that I need to wait for them to speak to trustly to sort the issue. so instead of advising there customers that there may be an issue with withdrawals they just don't even bother to acknowledge it and even when it does mess up they don't tell you for 40 HOURS!!! I've lost all trust with this casino i've heard of the saying ''quick to take money but opposite when paying out'' and they have taken it to a different level. they obviously dont value there customers if they did they would have enough respect and loyalty to advise on any 'issue' thats occuring, which in turn would give people the choice before they make a deposit or even withdrawal.

What I wanted to do was to step into an online casino that would show me a good time! Stumbling on Trada Casino was the first major choice of my choosing! There are a few reasons why I went here, it is a brand new casino to my point of view which means new match bonuses and rewards that can be taken care of nicely, there is even an Adventure Calendar at the moment that for each day there is a certain offer such as free spins for a deposit amount, usually there is two, one for a smaller deposit and a larger deposit for bigger the bonus/free spins!
To back things up with good news, there is a Trada casino representative that is available if there are problems, that is another reason why I signed up!

To simply put my plays, I did not quite win with my first $30.76 and my 100% match but I did come back here recently and deposited $20. I did not get lucky on Trada casino or made a first withdrawal, but I was surprised that I had 5 sets of 10 free spins on Immortal Romance and 10 free spins on Jurassic Park totaling altogether $14.56 in winnings. Lucky I was here to use them before they expired! Let's just say the fun lasted long enough on Trada casino!

What I regret is depositing $20 and not knowing there was an offer for 10 super spins on Wild Orient for a $30 deposit, man what a shame! Oh well, I will give Trada casino a 7 out of 10! Some things just did not work out, the Netent games being unavailable, the string of unlucky attempts but the free spins were just right! Hope I can have some more without any strings! :)

After chatting a conversation with live support, they replied the next day. Live chat however is not 24 hrs as it should be with most casinos. The biggest negative fact I can share is that Canadian's cannot play Netent games!! But why? Apparently Jack from Trada casino told me after sending Trada an email that "The issue with Netent is that they are not available to Canadians and that this is due to a business decision by Netent!".

This is quite a shocker because Netent has always been available to us.......it's usually IGT and other cool platforms (Aristocrat, Bally, etc.). I have an email to support this. But to really dig in to break my heart, today I just looked at the Adventure Calendar and it appears my favorite game NRVNA was in the spotlight for up to 100 Free spins for a certain deposit amount. What a shame I cannot take this up yet alone use Netent slots, that is just weird that the Netent games did not load accordingly! It kept loading and loading without an end to it!

Got some winnings (£70) from the welcome bonus (freespins) which is not bad at all.

Customer service has been really supportive. Quite surprise when my account was suddenly blocked during the play and when I contacted the staff he said he'd been trying to contact me as he wanted to let me know that I had exceeded my maximum cash out. I was a bit disappointed at the beginning but after reading the t&c, I could understand. It's impressive to me also actually because they stopped me before I went too far and got disappointed more. I would have given 10 stars if the layout of the website (on mobile esp) is more attractive. I think it should be more colorful so it doesn't give kind of bored feeling.

Just one very very very very small thing In regards to the Limits for betting Neteller etc perhaps things could be reconsidered I see a lot of casino's are making a bench mark of 5 dollars maximum bet come on gambling world gamblers need at least a ten dollar bet to have a real go :) That said everything else about you.

The only thing are the max winnings from free spins...

Overrall a very good experience - Good big selection of decent slots, returns are fair and no lag or drop outs.After signing up I had my id verified within 3 hours. I made a withdraw at around 10.30am and was processed around 3.30pm the same day - The withdraw option was to my visa and 30 hours later i had my winnings. I also liked the account option - its easy to see all deposits.

There is the option to cancel pending withdrawals but they are processed so quick that it is only matter of hours.. Its my pet hate when winnings are left in pending for days and so pleased this casino does not do that....

There is also the option to take timeout upto 6 weeks without the need of having to goto customer service or email

They have a nice selection of games and a very friendly and well trained Customer service team which really cares about the players and don`t only give standard answers to queries. Payments are conducted quite swiftly and they are willing to discuss problems and improve their services when players make suggestions. And the cashback offer is excellent!

There could be some more slots such as jackpot slots or live casino games. Also they only hold a UK licence at the moment.
