Golden Lady Casino - Refuse to tell me when I will be paid for over a moth now

I had two withdraws processed on the 27th of Nov 2014. They processed them but never sent them to me. Well I requested the withdraws almost two month before the 27th and it was 6 oct I think when I requested them or a little earlier than that.
One of them is for $1500 and the other one is for $800. I also won another $2800 but they wouldn't let me withdraw that so they took it out of my account and banned me from making deposits. So I said fine just pay me what you owe me and was very patient with them but still Alex the guy who seems to run the place can not tell me when I am going to be paid. Attached is the screen shot of the withdraws made. If you need anymore info about this just let me know, take care.
I contacted them daily and they kept telling me tomorrow or next week it will be done but the same thing over and over and today Alex would not even talk to me because he said he has no new news about when I will be paid!

No updates that I have received. I guess they never responded to your guys email or what ort how ever you contact them. I don't really know how this works but I thought you guys attempt to contact them as well.

Where is your response Golden Lady? I won this money without any bonuses involved so I won this money fair and square so it's time for you to pay up.
Or is this how you treat US players thinking that we don't need to be paid because we live in the US?
I tried contacting your support but I guess they are not worth talking with.
All they keep telling me is that they processed my withdraws on their end on the 27th of Nov 2014 so where did the money go?
