I have a problem with Golden Lady Casino. On the 2.12.2014 I asked for a withdrawal from 160 euros. The next day when I logged in to my casino account and visited the page history my withdrawal was altered and the money was reinstated on my casino balance without my permission. I also couldn't ask for a withdrawal or make a new deposit in the casino. I contacted their live chat support and their operator told me it was a technical issue. Ok after that I contacted a few of my friends who have an account in the same casino from different countries but they didn't have any problems here. In other words they can make a withdrawal or deposit but I can’t. So my money is trapped and I cant do anything with it.

In Wednesday on the 03.12.2014 I sent an email to the casino support and I still haven't gotten an answer. I also contacted live chat support a few times where they told me I would be notified via email when the error was removed. I just cant believe that after 6 days their technical team isn't able to remove the error. So for 6 days I cant withdraw my win in the casino or withdraw my deposit. This is a really unpleasant situation.
