Trada Casino - Ignored gambling regulations and allowed me to deposit and gamble before verification
I opened my Tradacasino account at the end of March of this year, but did not first deposit until late May. On the 27th of May 2019, I first deposited into my TradaCasino account and was able to gamble. 2 Days later, on the 29th of May 2019, I was asked for ID to verify my account. Under the new regulations that came in on May 7th of this year, that is now against the terms of their license. I should not have been allowed to deposit without verification.

I contacted Tradacasino about this via email, and was told that because I opened my account before May 7th, I fall under old regulations and this not eligible for a refund of funds. I believe this to be false. Under the new regulations, all unverified customers need to be verified before being able to deposit. I was able to deposit after May 7th without verification. I believe this to be a clear violation of their license. I have contacted the UKGC about this, and they tell me that I am correct in thinking this and that all customers must be verified regardless of when the account was originally made.

Due to this, I believe I am eligible for a refund on the funds deposited as they should not have been allowed to be deposited without verification anyway.

I have attached screenshots of when I first deposit and when I was asked for ID. I have also attached screenshots of Tradacasino telling me I fall under old regulations. Finally, I have attached a PDF of the email I got from the UKGC explaining the new regulations in detail.

Somebody is incorrect here. Either Tradacasino is underprepared and not fully aware of the new regulations, or the UKGC is wrong in their explanation of the new regulations.

I have resorted to this complaint as I am now being ignored by TradaCasino customer service.

Trada Casino - Lost all my trust due to payment issues
Well where do I start... 7 days ago I would have given this casino 5 stars, not only for there game selection but for there customer service (up until recently). everything was going fine until around a week ago I made a withdrawal for £255. It takes around 2-4 hours for them to process withdrawal usually, and then once its processed it goes into my account instantly if I use the TRUSTLY payment method. well this time it never, I received my email telling me it was processed so I go to check my bank and its not there? strange... anyway I go to speak to there live chat agent who tells me ''its definitely processed on our side'' so that leads me to believe it was trustly at fault. anyway I contact trustly via email and also Trada's Banking email address to see if what the next step is.. I get a response from Trada telling me they have cancelled my withdrawal and I need to request it again. anyWAY I do this and it goes through as it should this time round. now 2 days ago I won another £450 and im literally going through the same process literally 1 day after the first situation was resolved. I've now been told this has been an ongoing issue over the holiday period and that I need to wait for them to speak to trustly to sort the issue. so instead of advising there customers that there may be an issue with withdrawals they just don't even bother to acknowledge it and even when it does mess up they don't tell you for 40 HOURS!!! I've lost all trust with this casino i've heard of the saying ''quick to take money but opposite when paying out'' and they have taken it to a different level. they obviously dont value there customers if they did they would have enough respect and loyalty to advise on any 'issue' thats occuring, which in turn would give people the choice before they make a deposit or even withdrawal.

I heard about Trada Casino here at AskGamblers site. This was about few months ago, but I didn't registered at their casino because they offered games only from Microgaming and PariPlay software. A few weeks ago I saw on their website that they added NetEnt games and after this move which they done, I was more interested to open account.

After I created account I tried to deposit, but I had some problems with my Skrill account. Later I found some free no deposit bonus code for free spins at their casino, but when I tried to use it, the code doesn't worked. I contacted live chat support about that, the support agent was with me in a few seconds and he explained to me all about this, why the code doesn't work etc.

Later support agent remind me about welcome bonus which I could claim. I decided to deposit next day here. I made deposit of 25€ and received the same amount of bonus + 50 free spins on Immortal Romance. I played with this money for a few hours but later at the end I lost it.

I think this casino is great, they have nice support agents who can help you. I am happy because they added NetEnt games into their casino. Sure I played some games from Microgaming too. I like casinos which offer both of these software's. I had no withdrawal here unfortunately, but I believe they are fast with this. They also have new logo design, I like it too.

I think I'll deposit here again. The second deposit bonus is also great, 75% match deposit. I trust this place, here at AskGamblers they have certificate of trust. I don't have any bad words to say, I will play here again and I hope I'll managed to cash out some winnings.

I was pleased to see this casino with a “Trusted” badge here at AskGamblers as it was one of the first casinos I played at on-line and I feel they don’t get nearly enough praise and publicity for a top quality website and customer service. It’s all changed a hell of a lot since back in those days when I first began playing there now, in fact it's almost unrecognizable from when it first launched now. Personally I was a little sad to see the old table games go, especially the blackjack which was really quite unique and I found it to be very fair and I had a lot of luck playing it, but its all been replaced with Microgaming / Quickfire stuff now – perhaps slightly higher quality and more polished, but its just the same as everybody else has got too.

They do have some stuff that is unique still though by way of the “Pariplay” games, which I’ve not really seen anywhere else that I can think of. Many of these are currently in the “fixed odds slots” section, which is a little confusing to me, as I pretty much thought all on-line slot games were fixed odds games… Here in the UK we have machines called “FOBTS” (Fixed Odds Betting Terminals” in shops on the high street in every city and town, and these basically allow you to play roulette, blackjack and slot machine games like you would find in a casino only with lower maximum payouts, and to me these games don’t seem any different to the on-line versions – maybe I’m missing something though? I do recommend giving some of the Pariplay games a try regardless anyway, “Poker Spins” is quite good fun and has a 10,000x stake jackpot on the paytable too!

The only negatives I will mention regarding Trada are the unacceptable in my opinion withdrawal pending period of 48 hours – this is a long time especially for those of us who get tempted by the reverse withdrawal option, and secondly the unusual lack of 24 hour support, as live chat is available only between the hours of 9AM to 11PM – very strange these days, particularly for a casino licensed in one of the best jurisdictions (in this case, Isle of Man). These issues aside though, a top casino and well worth a try, especially if you like to take a chance at a match bonus as there is a 100% on offer with reasonable terms.

This was an exceptionally good experience.
I have been gambling for many years and tried out many casinos. There are a few casinos that have really made an impression and Trada casino is now one of those.

When I signed up, I didn't see where I could write the free bonus code, possibly I missed it, but chat support credited my account with the free spins within seconds.
The first contact with support is essential. Trada casino support made me feel welcome even though I had never deposited a penny and that is one of the trademarks of a good casino. They did not at the first contact try to promote certain bonuses in order to make you deposit, which is also a trademark of a good casino.
Responsiveness is another key quality that was also apparent from the first contact.

Many casinos don't fully appreciate and realise the importance and important role of the casino support representatives. Those casinos may have other qualities but if they fail in the personal contact the player will probably move on, or not be the loyal players that casinos wish for.

Today I'm going to review Trada Casino. Read about them in a Microgaming forum, and despite not being a big fan of Microgaming, decided to try them out due to good feedback by other users.

OK slot selection, no Netent. Primarily Microgaming.
They have welcome bonuses up to third deposit, but I cancelled them, so can't really say anything about them... They have other promotions, but nothing too shocking.
Won 200€ in the Dark Knight, they didn't even ask me to verify my account and I had my money in less than two hours.

Overall, it's a good casino with some minor things to improve, such as design. The service is wonderful, and that's the best thing they've got going for them. The fact that the game selection isn't that wide is compensated by the great service.

I don't enjoy the design, it feels like an early 00s casino. Promotions aren't that great either (just your typical welcome bonus and a few others, nothing surprising). Pretty narrow game selection.

Excellent Casino, I signup a few months ago and made 25€ deposits here and there over 5 months I made 9 or 10 deposits, yesterday I won some euros and get 150€ withdrawal in less than a hour, later I deposit more 25€ and start to hit some good prices... but the cherry on the cake was the Major Jackpot win on Mega Moolah!!! I won 10,000€+ and ask to withdraw my full balance (almost 11K). Today morning I have a congratulations e-mail and all money paid!!!

Came across this casino through AskGamblers. Excellent software and helpful staff available live for most of the day in UK. Has a nice win, £1000 from £300 deposit and sensibly (this is a rare thing) decided to withdraw. Immediately got the dreaded documents email which I responded to immediately and then sat back to wait (expected the worse). Withing 5 minutes docs were accepted, 10 minutes later my payment was processed. This is of course the most important part of any casino review, ie when will I get my winnings. After a few poor experiences, this casino is a breath of fresh air, fast payments alone make this a standout casino for me.

Although they use the excellent Microgamming software, there are many games, particular in the video poker genre that they could add and perhaps a few more slots-but this is a minor quibble.

Trada casino is a very friendly casino that I play from time to time. It has Microgaming and PariPlay slots so I can play my some of my favorites games like Thunderstruck 2 and Alaskan fishing.

My first experience with Trada casino is very good. I registered an account through an offer I had found for ten free spins in Jurassic Park slot. I used the free spins and won 6 euro and then I played Avalon 2. There I was really lucky since I had a big win in my first spin which gave me 90 euro. My hot streak continued in Alaskan Fishing and I managed to boost my balance to 150 having many bonuses rounds and free spins.

Then I moved to Thunderstruck 2 which is still my favorite game from Microgaming and reached my balance over 200. I tried to find how much wager I had to make and I asked the friendly support they have, but unfortunately they told me that I had to deposit at least 10 in order to begin the wagering of the win that I had from the free spins and that I could only withdraw $100.

So I made the minimum deposit and continued my wagering with Thunderstruck 2. When I finished the wagering requirements I had still a big balance which reached almost 300 euro. Since I could not withdraw the whole amount I continued with the same game in order to unlock all the bonus features, which after many hours of spinning the reels I did. Then I started playing Immortal Romance in order to do the same thing but I got tired and decided to withdraw.

I did not had any problem with the withdraw and I got my winnings in my Neteller account. Since then I have made many deposits and some withdraws from Trada casino and I did not had any issues with my transactions so it is a casino I trust. They could make faster withdraws though because sometimes I have to wait two days to receive my winnings through Neteller which is really slow.

Well, its an online casino that I know I will never have to deal with getting my money or any technical issue. The support is super friendly. The withdrawals via e wallets are done in the same day. So I really don't know why they are ranked with only 7.5. I think they can hit the 8 rank number if the put any other famous software provider. They offer now Microgaming slots. Which is decent and very famous. All new games included. Very satisfied. Oh and if players want free spins or very good bonuses. This is the spot. ;)

I would like one more famous software provider. I know they will. Maybe its too soon for now. This casino someday will reach the top 10.
