Account blocked and still waiting for withdrawals after big win
First off all I want to say that may complain isn't towards the members of Ikibu cause i think there were as helpfull as they can, but see no other option because I think i'm being patience enough. Let me explain the situation. In november I make a account on Ikibu and make a deposit of €60 and start to play Sticky bandits but it wasnt my game, so i looked for another and came to Starbust. Well i dont have any luck and lost my deposit real quick and stopped playing for a couple days. On December 6th i guess, dont now exactly but make a new deposit. Playing a bit and lose, then wins and at some point reach €2731 and make withdraws. A had to verification my account, and done that and December 14th I had my withdraws on my bank. Well after that I was so happy and decide to play again what i did so this is what happen. I make serveral deposits and losing money, till i make my last deposit for around €200 and have €150 still open so it comes to a total of €350 and from that point everything changed. I won, lost just like the other time but get higher up everytime. At some point i hit the amount of €54,000 but i continued playing and fall down to €44.000 and then stopped. I got a mail from the manager to surprise me with my big win and got a call from him. At that point I make withdraws on December 19th, 15 withdraws but I thought it get really slow, but were around the holidays so i think i just needed to be patient. First 5 withdraws were approved, and 3 days later another 5 were approved. In the main time i did more withdraws on December 24th and December 29th. After a few days I started to play again and got my balance from almost €39.000 down to €32.000, but i dont like to lose so i played further what ended in a big win and got my account up to €50.000 again and that was the moment i stopped right away. I played no more after that win and just want to withdraw. But then it scared the shit out of me when on saturday December 30th i logged in, nothing is going on and withdraws still not approved. But when i wanted to check my account a couple of hours later i'll find out that my account was blocked. So I message the contact center and they told me this could be of my big win and that I can contact the manager directly. So I did, get a message back that his gonna look what's going on and try to speed up the issue in the shortest time. On January 2th he send a mail that he would contacted me trough today or tomorrow with further information. The day next i recieved a call ( well what i think because my boyfriend, who lives with me has a account either ( no bonuses accepted ) but i think they wanna check up if we are different persons because we both get a phone call the same time. Manager calls me with questions about my account, what games i played, how much i deposit and stuff like that. To my boyfriends the same ( he only played one time on his account and only lose about €900. ) Manager says that if it's all good, ( but it seems good to him ) my account would reopend end of the day, and i could make doing withdraws. Messaged him later if my account was already open but no response. A day later I messaged again if he had any news, but unfortunely he had no news from verification department. On January 5th my boyfriend get a message from Ikibu to verify his account, what he did ( still in process because some of the documents needed upload again. After he's getting a message a recieve a message from the manager and he says the next step for verification is a photo of you with your ID in your hand. Well i just want my money so i dont bother to do that and by 10 minutes i send it. But then there was the weekend, and still nothing heard. I just want my withdraws and my money whats on my account like around €29.000. I think i've been patienced enough and dont know whats going on and why my account is still blocked by now. They have 5 withdraws from December 19th wat not is paying so this is 21 days ago and its still not involved. I hope you guys can help me to solve this problem. Above that it's a great casino and i liked to play there. Thanks.

I had one of the worst experience in this casino. I want it to cash out my winning after lots of losing of course and they would keep reversing my money and when I reached out they said there's a technical issue that needs to be fixed, I kept withdrawing and they kept reversing and we know all what available money for a gambler means. I found their response dishonest and a way to deny paying out. I have self excluded from all of their casinos. Which was a very wise choice. So go for it as long as you don't have the intention to withdraw.

I like the uniqueness of Ikibu and exchanging seeds for free spins is a nice touch. I like the design of the site and the games are smooth. I like that I always have a match up bonus available to me if I need it.

For me I was kind of disappointed that they didn't have one of my favorite slot games "Bust the Bank". Also I wish I could be rewarded with more seeds when I level up. I also find it strange how sometimes when I click live chat and begin typing the chat agent randomly closes the chat and then the live chat icon disappears from the page completely. The wagering is alright but I find that every time I'm finished wagering the games completely die (dead spins) and it's happened to me about 6 times. Probably a coincidence. I don't know how withdrawing goes here but I did attempt one, Document Verification was quick but they did not let me know I had to give them documents prior to cashing out so the withdraw sat there for about 2 days until I asked chat about it. Then the processing took way too long and I ended up playing the winnings. I still play here from time to time as I feel that it has potential.

The site has a good lay out and has a lot of providers

I got an text message 4 times this week for a great 100%. So as enthousiast as I was i deposited 4 times. Didn't work out for me at all. At 1 point I deposited 50 euro's everything went great, got a lot of great hits. When checking the wagering I needed to wager 5000 Euro. 50x wagering on bonus+deposit so 100x wager on the bonus money. Crazy high wagering requirments and u could only take of 500euro max. So I would not recommend this site if u want any winnings!

There is no mention about 6x max cashout for 1st and 2nd deposit bonuses unless you read T&C very closely. I do not recommend this casino to anyone who likes to play and have opportunity to win. And the support is super slow and very unfriendly.

I like the entire ikibu storyline complete with the lands and the world they live in, visual shown through your journey as you progress forward by wagering bets. T bonus seeds you use to buy bonuses and free spin packs from the ikki store, or hoard up your seeds for a rainy day, they never expire, which is an awesome touch. Support is great, as well as the casino reps. One ikibu casino rep in particular has gone above and beyond what most wouldn't even think about doing, for their players and fans alike. We spoke, and this one absolutely delivered, and he did so in the matter of half the day and his weekend off . That's why I will always stay loyal to Ikibu, because Ikibu showed and gave loyalty back to us, now that, is rare, for almost any business to do.

I dislike only getting seeds from tournament wins and journey progression, it seems like it's not quite enough, or maybe to few and non in between for a low budget player such as myself can really enjoy

Great Website, perfect selection of games and pretty much everything a modern online casino needs

Bonusses, or in this case more like welcome clause in stead of a bonus.

In one short sentence it’s mentioned (out of the blue) that there is a maximum withdrawal of 6x your deposit. I deposited 35€ and completed my 30x wagering ending with a balance of +\- 900€. However the maximum withdrawal was 210€ (!)

There was one option however in the terms that would allow me to withdraw all winnings up to 5.000€ (why?) if the binus was wagered 100x. However after talking to the chat it’s not a total of 100x but on top of the 30x... so 130x after opting in (in my case i already wagered the initial deposit over 40x after i found out).

But even then I wanted to try it... but it would take a day to arrange. (Again, why?) as any gambler knows, when you want to gamble you don’t want ro wait for (at least) a day before you can play, you want to play now. And why can’t they just check your wagering?

Anyhow, I decides not to wait and just play my REAL/CASH balance dor fun, since i wasn’t able to withdraw it anyway... I even made it to 100x if my calculations were correct but desides to cash out the maximum of 6x my deposit...

If it wasn’t for these weird terms, (basically giving the bonuses no value and van only hurt you (I mean 6x deposit that is topped with 100% is just 3x start balance) the casino would be perfect and I would have played here a lot.

However gambling is about money, and when that is being removed.... not worth more than 1 star.

Horrible casino. Does not state anything about the 6x max withdraw. Deposited 25eur and won 1200. Then when the bonus was complete and I tried to withdraw suddenly there was a max bonus withdraw, and I only could withdraw 300eur.

Changed my opinion about Ikibu casino. I had bad experience a few days ago. Live chat agent was friendly, at least thats until I said I'd file a complaint against them for unfair practices. Closed my account instead because I don't want to spend time in it. Unexpected but it happened.
