Hi I just want to raise a compliant regarding the above casino regarding customer service issues. I understand that for legal reasons they require identification which I have sent five times. I have been on chat to see where my WD is to be told incorrect documents provided. However they do not tell you this so I resubmitted and the chat host advised all correct now and WD will be processed without fail on 21/3/17 but guess what it has not been. I feel something should be done about this casino that is so new and yet so many complaints already. Please can you try and get clarity also they do not have contact. Numbers like other casinos so you can not even talk to them also I think they have disabled chat on my account so I can not contact them at all

Hello everyone,

We've been checking the issue and we don't really get what happened.

Player account is verified and all the withdrawals have been paid. They were by the time the player submitted this complaint so I guess everything is okay and it has been okay ever since.
