hi i joined ikibu casino on the 6th of august won £3.500.00 and requested a withdrawal sent in all my ids for account verification i requested withdrawal back to my credit card that i used to play with, on the 8th of august they said your withdrawal has been processed via email so i waited 5 days no money come into my account so i went back onto the ikibu casino website and guess what the funds were back in my casino account so i contacted ikibu casino they said its my fault and a problem with my card. so they advised me to do a bank transfer so i sent them my iban number and bic code and waited another 4 days and still no funds so can anybody help me
