Account blocked and still waiting for withdrawals after big win
First off all I want to say that may complain isn't towards the members of Ikibu cause i think there were as helpfull as they can, but see no other option because I think i'm being patience enough. Let me explain the situation. In november I make a account on Ikibu and make a deposit of €60 and start to play Sticky bandits but it wasnt my game, so i looked for another and came to Starbust. Well i dont have any luck and lost my deposit real quick and stopped playing for a couple days. On December 6th i guess, dont now exactly but make a new deposit. Playing a bit and lose, then wins and at some point reach €2731 and make withdraws. A had to verification my account, and done that and December 14th I had my withdraws on my bank. Well after that I was so happy and decide to play again what i did so this is what happen. I make serveral deposits and losing money, till i make my last deposit for around €200 and have €150 still open so it comes to a total of €350 and from that point everything changed. I won, lost just like the other time but get higher up everytime. At some point i hit the amount of €54,000 but i continued playing and fall down to €44.000 and then stopped. I got a mail from the manager to surprise me with my big win and got a call from him. At that point I make withdraws on December 19th, 15 withdraws but I thought it get really slow, but were around the holidays so i think i just needed to be patient. First 5 withdraws were approved, and 3 days later another 5 were approved. In the main time i did more withdraws on December 24th and December 29th. After a few days I started to play again and got my balance from almost €39.000 down to €32.000, but i dont like to lose so i played further what ended in a big win and got my account up to €50.000 again and that was the moment i stopped right away. I played no more after that win and just want to withdraw. But then it scared the shit out of me when on saturday December 30th i logged in, nothing is going on and withdraws still not approved. But when i wanted to check my account a couple of hours later i'll find out that my account was blocked. So I message the contact center and they told me this could be of my big win and that I can contact the manager directly. So I did, get a message back that his gonna look what's going on and try to speed up the issue in the shortest time. On January 2th he send a mail that he would contacted me trough today or tomorrow with further information. The day next i recieved a call ( well what i think because my boyfriend, who lives with me has a account either ( no bonuses accepted ) but i think they wanna check up if we are different persons because we both get a phone call the same time. Manager calls me with questions about my account, what games i played, how much i deposit and stuff like that. To my boyfriends the same ( he only played one time on his account and only lose about €900. ) Manager says that if it's all good, ( but it seems good to him ) my account would reopend end of the day, and i could make doing withdraws. Messaged him later if my account was already open but no response. A day later I messaged again if he had any news, but unfortunely he had no news from verification department. On January 5th my boyfriend get a message from Ikibu to verify his account, what he did ( still in process because some of the documents needed upload again. After he's getting a message a recieve a message from the manager and he says the next step for verification is a photo of you with your ID in your hand. Well i just want my money so i dont bother to do that and by 10 minutes i send it. But then there was the weekend, and still nothing heard. I just want my withdraws and my money whats on my account like around €29.000. I think i've been patienced enough and dont know whats going on and why my account is still blocked by now. They have 5 withdraws from December 19th wat not is paying so this is 21 days ago and its still not involved. I hope you guys can help me to solve this problem. Above that it's a great casino and i liked to play there. Thanks.

Look and feel is good here. I think the most smooth and nice looking site to play on of all. Site runs superb, never laggs, top top. Bonus program is average, but nicely done with the villages and the seeds etc. Gam eselection is ok, but nothing special. You can gibe it a try here, but there is 1 thing that keeps coming back.....

And that is, the verification process and Withdrawal process r just way way behind on other sites. They can take up to 36 hours for only approval, or even more with the holidays now. I think that is just verry bad. I laos pay @ videoslots and MrSmith as my home-casino's and they fix it within minutes. Sometimes its on my banck account the SAME day with SEPA bank payment. Ikibu take up to 3-5 days and I have seen story;s they take even longer. I would be aware of that when your playing @ Ikibu. Deposit is 1-2-3 done, but withdrawals really take forever. Bad.

Read bonus terms. Max cashout from welcome bonus. I deposit 50 Euro which did not make it to the account. Had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get it back.

There is many other Casinos that treat their customers like crap & don't respect them and take weeks to pay out.

Although here @ AskGamblers it says Ikibu pays out withdrawals in 48-72 hours, it was slightly longer than 72 hours & was for my 2nd withdrawal. That is not really a dislike per say other than that there is nothing at all bad about Ikibu casino.

If they somehow could improve Winnings' to make Visa card winnings processed in a single day (24 hours) it would be flawless then in that aspect.

Like the graphics and layout of the site. The seeds are a nice feature. Games from provider blueprint gaming would be welkom and also bierhouse from WMS or Konami slots.

Can't login for a couple of days now. ''username or password wrong'' Well it's not, contacted helpdesk they send me links for changing password. And still can't login. I have pending withdraws hope that's not the reason I can't login suddenly.

Look and feel is pretty good on the website. Playing on a mobile device is good enough in my opinion. I don't understand very much of the possibilities with this called seeds. That's a thing that's not working very good on a mobile device.

Other then that I would definitely recommend this casino for sure.

Verification process is terribly slow and really asks a lot of your patience and is a bit frustrating. I'm 72 hours, 6 or 7 e-mails and 20 documents further at the moment and still it's in process at Ikibu. Other sites can do it in a few hours. They can do a bit better on that in the future.

It's unique and has instant rewards for completing levels by wagering money on their games.
Has lots of major software and a large selection of slot games.
The shop is nice as you can spend seeds (which are earned by wagering money) for free spins/bonuses.

Despite earning plenty of seeds they aren't actually worth as much as you think and around 1000 seeds will only get you 10 spins on a low wagering slot.
Withdrawals are slow and can sometimes take longer than expected.
They have seed races which are really hard to receive a good payout as you would need to wager a fair bit and stake highly.
Promotions are far and few, nothing spectacular here.
Don't bother playing on mobile, if you somehow manage to load a game without any technical difficulties consider yourself lucky.
Any money accumulated through a bonus or free spins will require large wagering requirements.
