This is a very big casino, and the withdraws and deposits were ok. Great variety of games, including exclusives. Overall, besides customer support, was good.
Stake is ok as a casino, but the customer support was disappointing. I keep talking to robots, while I want to speak with a human being. Guess it's hard to keep such a large base of customers happy so you have to automate it, but that's not the ideal in my opinion. This issue had me nuts and made my experience from good, turn to bad.
This is a highly reputable and established casino that offers a smooth and user-friendly experience. The site is easy to navigate, and the game selection is solid, with plenty of options to suit the different types of players. Whether you enjoy slots, table games, or live dealer experiences, there’s something for everyone here. It’s definitely a solid platform for entertainment.
While the casino excels in many areas, the customer support experience is seriously disappointing. Response times are unreasonably slow, and the representatives often provide vague or unhelpful answers to inquiries. I do not understand how this page here says that a downside to Stake is their game selection. That just isn't true. They have so many game providers and games, it's mind-boggling.
Additionally, Stake stands out amongst all other online casinos in its obvious transparency about the games ' RTPs. Every game has RTPs clearly available, and there are often instructions for how to play, and they tell you the game's last big wins and the dates of those wins, too.
No other place I've seen, and I've visited hundreds now, gives players as much information to help them make informed choices about how to spend their precious time and maybe even money if one so chooses. But you don't have to pay. Stake gives players $1.00 every single day, for free to play with to get sweeps entries. And they give you a whole bunch of free play coins daily as well
So I just wanted to set the record straight. Stake has an enormous game library. AskGamblers should correct their synopsis, which states that Stake has a limited game selection. That just isn't true.
The only thing I haven't really liked about stake.us is the two-factor authentication program they use. It's not easy to deal with and a major hassle when changing phones. I do not recommend using two-factor auth with them.
