Won't pay out winnings even though I have already been verified


I first deposited with this casino ikibu no problems at all in fact 100% I would of gave them customer service was good and my winnings paid out 2 days later. Without any problems I told them I couldn't upload my Id so I sent in a email which was birthcerticate bank card and bill as far as I was aware that id was good enough as my winnings paid into my bank. Since then I must of deposited hundreds more and now won £220.00 to be told I can't withdraw it as they want passport or driving licence of which I don't have.

So no passport or driving licence will an ID card be OK as it will have my photo and date of birth on it. And don't say this won't be enough as I've just had to pay for one and had email saying picture id. The other day.

Like I told you verified my account on my first withdrawal with the id you had then so I carried on playing with a lot of money won and now you say I need passport or driving license of which when I very first won told you that in an email and sent you what I had and this must of been OK as you paid me my winnings no problem at all. So as you can see carried on playing quiet a few hundred in fact on the ground my account has been verified and no problems withdrawing as it wasn't the first time so this was 6 weeks ago when I first won has the law changed since then. You can't vertifie pay out on my account then just cos I won again 220.00 a lot less than the first withdrawal and I get all this not only have I sent birth certificate I sent back and front of debit card the one I deposited with my bank statements utility bills and this isn't enough but it's OK to take my money from my debit card in my eyes you can take money via bank card and even paid me winnings to same bank but now it's got to be verified.

Account blocked and still waiting for withdrawals after big win
First off all I want to say that may complain isn't towards the members of Ikibu cause i think there were as helpfull as they can, but see no other option because I think i'm being patience enough. Let me explain the situation. In november I make a account on Ikibu and make a deposit of €60 and start to play Sticky bandits but it wasnt my game, so i looked for another and came to Starbust. Well i dont have any luck and lost my deposit real quick and stopped playing for a couple days. On December 6th i guess, dont now exactly but make a new deposit. Playing a bit and lose, then wins and at some point reach €2731 and make withdraws. A had to verification my account, and done that and December 14th I had my withdraws on my bank. Well after that I was so happy and decide to play again what i did so this is what happen. I make serveral deposits and losing money, till i make my last deposit for around €200 and have €150 still open so it comes to a total of €350 and from that point everything changed. I won, lost just like the other time but get higher up everytime. At some point i hit the amount of €54,000 but i continued playing and fall down to €44.000 and then stopped. I got a mail from the manager to surprise me with my big win and got a call from him. At that point I make withdraws on December 19th, 15 withdraws but I thought it get really slow, but were around the holidays so i think i just needed to be patient. First 5 withdraws were approved, and 3 days later another 5 were approved. In the main time i did more withdraws on December 24th and December 29th. After a few days I started to play again and got my balance from almost €39.000 down to €32.000, but i dont like to lose so i played further what ended in a big win and got my account up to €50.000 again and that was the moment i stopped right away. I played no more after that win and just want to withdraw. But then it scared the shit out of me when on saturday December 30th i logged in, nothing is going on and withdraws still not approved. But when i wanted to check my account a couple of hours later i'll find out that my account was blocked. So I message the contact center and they told me this could be of my big win and that I can contact the manager directly. So I did, get a message back that his gonna look what's going on and try to speed up the issue in the shortest time. On January 2th he send a mail that he would contacted me trough today or tomorrow with further information. The day next i recieved a call ( well what i think because my boyfriend, who lives with me has a account either ( no bonuses accepted ) but i think they wanna check up if we are different persons because we both get a phone call the same time. Manager calls me with questions about my account, what games i played, how much i deposit and stuff like that. To my boyfriends the same ( he only played one time on his account and only lose about €900. ) Manager says that if it's all good, ( but it seems good to him ) my account would reopend end of the day, and i could make doing withdraws. Messaged him later if my account was already open but no response. A day later I messaged again if he had any news, but unfortunely he had no news from verification department. On January 5th my boyfriend get a message from Ikibu to verify his account, what he did ( still in process because some of the documents needed upload again. After he's getting a message a recieve a message from the manager and he says the next step for verification is a photo of you with your ID in your hand. Well i just want my money so i dont bother to do that and by 10 minutes i send it. But then there was the weekend, and still nothing heard. I just want my withdraws and my money whats on my account like around €29.000. I think i've been patienced enough and dont know whats going on and why my account is still blocked by now. They have 5 withdraws from December 19th wat not is paying so this is 21 days ago and its still not involved. I hope you guys can help me to solve this problem. Above that it's a great casino and i liked to play there. Thanks.
