I would have given this casino a 10 out 10 several months ago but not now no. Sadly, I was so impressed when I first started to play as the site is easy to navigate, there were so many of my favorite games and they actually paid! I cashed out 1000 and paid within 24 hours!!! How amazing is that. Initially, the customer service was excellent but that has not been my experience recently.
I see that someone wrote about being contacted by this casino if you are a regular player. Well I play all the time and have yet to receive one email. Any winnings are minimal. I contacted customer support and I wrote a negative comment for the first time ever since playing online casinos. He was so rude and dismissive. Didn't really have good experience with this casino but they have good customer support and payout system, quite a lot of bonuses but interface can be improved.

I used the 500% Deposit Bonus for a 10€ Deposit. It has a Wager of 1750€, which I think is fair for 60€ playing balance. I ran really good and got up to around 600€. I wanted to play 5€ bets to finish the Wager, but miss clicked and made one bet of 10€, before I went down to 5€ per Spin. I finished Wagering with around 2.000€, but I was pretty sure, that I won't see the money. Obviously it was not Casinorooms fault and would have been okay, if they didn't pay me out.
I happened at around 6 PM on a Friday and I decides to just try and get a cashout. I was unsure, if I should contact support first, but I did not do it. At around 8 PM I got the KYC Mail and sent in my documents. Around 5 hours later I got the response, that my documents are okay and my account is verified. I was still not sure, if I would get my money.
On Saturday Morning it was processed and on Monday Morning the Money was on my bank account.
So all in all it was a very good experience and Casinoroom has a new regular player I guess.

Some support is very rude. Last 2 deposit I didn't got bonus because ewalet don't accept, but I with first five bonus deposit with Skrill and had bonus.
