The best and quickest withdrawal that exists in the industry. Almost instant!
Wagering requirements pretty fair and doable in the time limit it requires.

Not so much of selection of games. I would say this is the biggest disadvantage compared with all other casinos in the market. If you could in the future add more games would be nice.

I would have given this casino a 10 out 10 several months ago but not now no. Sadly, I was so impressed when I first started to play as the site is easy to navigate, there were so many of my favorite games and they actually paid! I cashed out 1000 and paid within 24 hours!!! How amazing is that. Initially, the customer service was excellent but that has not been my experience recently.

I see that someone wrote about being contacted by this casino if you are a regular player. Well I play all the time and have yet to receive one email. Any winnings are minimal. I contacted customer support and I wrote a negative comment for the first time ever since playing online casinos. He was so rude and dismissive. So for a large amount of money I have put into this casino, I was offered recently ten free spins twice.
Playing ten cents a pull, I made 20 cents on and 1.20 on the other.
I came here today as I was on chat waiting for the person to check my account and waited so long that I was bumped off chat. I sign on chat again, the same girl, and no apologies, nothing. No time for this place.

I wonder why Casinoroom isn't in the Top 10 of all the listed casinos here. Since more than one year I am a regular depositor with this casino and till now its a real great experience. I can truly say this is the only online casino which never got me troublesome time. Whether its about kyc, bonus offers, withdrawals or other things. Regular customers will get contacted by a friendly casino rep who is willing to help with questions and/or send special (individual) offers. Slots and live games are working without any technical issues. The website is customer friendly as for example if bonus is used, it cant be violated since all the available bonus games got a special link which makes it easy for a player to navigate through.

If I could cast a vote for casinoroom. You people would get always my 10/10.

Just to conclude. Highly recommended casino which is truly my personal opinion.

There are only two little cons. Your website shrinks all livegames and its not possible to resize them to a larger view.

RTP on some well known slot brands could be higher. 94,25% on Book of Dead is too low imo.

Apart from this, everything fine. :-)

So far a great casino, now I'm waiting for my verification which is a little bit slower then I'm used to, they told me 24hours and I'm at 48 hours now. Then they said it can take up to 3 days, so because of that 2 stars less, but the site seems nice, and it plays really well.

If all goes well I'm going to be playing here a lot more.

The verification takes a bit too long in my opinion. and support did not tell me the first time it could take longer than 24 hours.

I do think the game providers are more than enough for me!

One of the best casino! No second thoughts.
I'm a hardcore gambler who plays at max value especially related to slots.
I have tried my casinos but most of their slot games speed and genuineness really sucks! Even in-fact certified by Ask Gamblers team. No offense please!
To be honest, this is one of my favorite casino with limited withdrawal limits that is annoying at times, because the casino games performs so well w/o any lags and most of all are not tampered with some pseudo code logic to restrain win limits then why restrictions on withdrawal amounts pertaining to either week or month.
The core support team is very helpful but they are stringent to their payout policy, that is, withdrawals are made to the source from which initial deposits were made.
This is bit a rude stuff as players should leverage withdrawals to their comfortable or reliable source once made a minimal deposit from same as some big casinos allows for same.

This site has good bonuses plus quite understandable wagering requirements. Been playing here for a month to get a profit on my deposits and have successfully cashed out. Although it took me a few days. They are very very particular on most of their regulations plus verifications.

The casino lacks game providers and I frequently get stuck with a handful of games to switch with. It kinda gets boring lol. Hope you get more and more partners and games! Also, it would be great if the cash processing gets faster.

I used the 500% Deposit Bonus for a 10€ Deposit. It has a Wager of 1750€, which I think is fair for 60€ playing balance. I ran really good and got up to around 600€. I wanted to play 5€ bets to finish the Wager, but miss clicked and made one bet of 10€, before I went down to 5€ per Spin. I finished Wagering with around 2.000€, but I was pretty sure, that I won't see the money. Obviously it was not Casinorooms fault and would have been okay, if they didn't pay me out.
I happened at around 6 PM on a Friday and I decides to just try and get a cashout. I was unsure, if I should contact support first, but I did not do it. At around 8 PM I got the KYC Mail and sent in my documents. Around 5 hours later I got the response, that my documents are okay and my account is verified. I was still not sure, if I would get my money.
On Saturday Morning it was processed and on Monday Morning the Money was on my bank account.
So all in all it was a very good experience and Casinoroom has a new regular player I guess.

You can only play Netent (maybe few other) Slots with the bonus money. I was a bit surprised, cause I did not read the terms and conditions, before I made a deposit. But I think that's okay. Casinorooms bonuses are really good and Netent has lots of good Slots.
So all in all a really good Casino.

They offer nice welcome bonus. As far as I am concerned this is a good casino. The verification was quick, the withdrawals too. Online service helpful. Many games. I mean, what else do we need.

They offer some nice bonuses. Like 200%. The wager requirement was reduced. 35x bonus money. This is quite fair.
The payment (tried it once) was quite okay.

To many slots are restricted with bonus money. Not a single microgaming slot is allowed. Also no BTG slot is allowed.
Maybe this should be not a big problem, but this casino has not many providers.
They are missing Push Gaming, Endorphina, Pragmatic a.s.o.
So you are forced to wager your money with Netent, PlaynGo and Thunderkick slots.
And Netent was bugged the whole weekend. You could not play those slots. If you start an error occured !
They still have a lot to do to satisfy the customer.
If you click on customer support icon, nothing happens.

Never had a bad word to say about this site until now! My account has been suspended apparently I don’t have a steady income! My income is over £2000 a month! Ridiculous seems to me that they have had enough of me winning a lot and not depositing much money to get the wins I’ve had. I’m Currently in the process of taking this further. I don’t spend loads of money on here it bang out of order so in my opinion what they have just done is bang out of order. I’d be telling everyone now to avoid unless they rectify what they’ve done. Don’t see how they even have the right to be like that!!

My Rating for this casino goes completely down. No bonuses apply if you deposit through Ewallets. All right, but when you deposit, the bonus on their site is displayed. So you think it's OK. Then, if the bonus qualifies for a 75x wagering, then why do you make deposits and spend time? I've already fired them out of my portfolio today. There are a lot of better and more fair casinos. I close account here even i played here couple years, deposit 6,7 times and cashout without problem.

Some support is very rude. Last 2 deposit I didn't got bonus because ewalet don't accept, but I with first five bonus deposit with Skrill and had bonus.

Last time support tell me that I didn't write code (but I did), and he writes NOPE and close the chat without give me solution to ask more. I try to chat again but was impossible, only email worked.

Rules here was bad, 75x wagering and I played only available bonus game Netenent from all of my deposit.

I have never had to wait more than 12 hour for my withdrawls and they are usually processed within 6 hours.
Good selection of games and helpful support.
When playing with bonus you play with real money first, they contribute to wagering requirement but are not locked with the bonus.
I really hope that more providers will be added to the bonus games list though, right now you can only play netent games.

Overall a great and trustworthy casino.

75x wagering on bonuses is a bit too much, and you need to contact support to remove a bonus.

Lots of games to chose from. Also the bonuses are ok. If you don’t mind the 75x deposit limitations

The only available withdrawal method I can use is bank transfer which always takes 5+banking days unlike the 2-5 they quote you. Also some games like playboy gold won’t work on mobile or laptop.
