The past TWO times withdrawing money the 3-5 day withdrawal time stated in casino rooms t&c has been violated and I am given the excuse that their is a “delay” with their payment provider. Also when I requested a way to contact the payment provider myself I was denied that request. Whereas it used to be very simple and quick to withdraw money from casino room where I could request the withdrawal on a Saturday and at the latest I would gave the money by Thursday at the latest. This has now turned into 5+ business days the past two withdrawals whereas I’m still waiting for a $400 withdrawal I made on the 7th. Making it 6 banking days atm. Very frustrating.

I’m sorry to hear there have been delays with your previous 2 bank wires, as you say it’s usually simple and quick and that’s how we want to keep it.

I can assure you that your bank wire should settle any moment now, it is in the last state now, I can provide a proof of payment if you wish. In order to improve our process now we have a backup provider for bank wires and we are also able to send you manual wires should there be any issues moving forward.

If you couple please provide me with a way to contact you then yes that would be appreciated. As well as proof of payment as I have requested that several times only to be denied. The money is still not there as of yet today. However hopefully by the End of the day it Will be...
