My experience with 24Casino has been fairly smooth so far. The website is really easy to navigate, the games load up quickly, and I haven’t encountered any strange issues at all when topping up my account.
What I don’t like is the inconsistency with the available payment methods and limits. It seems they vary quite a bit depending on the payment method and your country, so you really do need to check everything carefully before confirming a transaction.

Good selection of gaming providers with new games added continuously. Wins from the slot games have been great and the player tournaments with automatic entry are a nice extra. Frequent bonuses added and support replies quickly.
24Casino quickly lost its initial charm once a withdrawal request was made. My withdrawal requests were left pending and then refused multiple times on fake grounds with instructions to reprocess over and over. Support chat continuously cites withdrawal requests are processed in "the queue" and to keep waiting. This was proven completely untrue when a later request was processed while the earlier ones sat still pending. I was asked to provide the online transaction proof for a Paysafe voucher purchased in store and in person. It took 3 days of battling support before they conceded it was impossible to provide. Requests next cancelled because they could not go back to the card and had to be via bank transfer. Third request cancels were for incorrect bank account details being entered despite them being entered correctly. Proof of the "incorrect" details was requested but never provided. I then received an email saying 24Casino could only process $6,000 per day and finally two of the withdrawals were processed and cleared - a week after the initial request. 24Casino does not have the same restriction amount on deposit transactions and are able to process over $6,000 in a single day.
An absolute battle to get a withdrawal and the pending requests are of course able to be cancelled the entire time they are in "the queue". However, I was assured by 24Casino that leaving withdrawals pending for a week was not a deliberate attempt for players to cancel - its just their process. There was also an issue with the $75 referral bonus and that issue has been "in the queue" for 4 days now waiting for someone to determine why my account wasn't credited. 6/10 overall.

I have looked into your case and can see that your withdrawals were only in a pending state whilst we were waiting for KYC documents from yourself, and afterwards the withdrawal failed as incorrect IBAN was used.
