Withdrawal not being allowed to one of my bank accounts

So I have an issue which talking on the phone and live chat to is still not being resolved. I have had a Redbet account for a long time now and made plenty of deposits using 3 different cards with never an issue and my account is also verified. so I would consider myself a loyal customer.

Recently I made a deposit with one of my credit cards that has a £1500 limit on it and all of it available to me basically meaning its got no purchases at all on it until I made these recent deposits (2 of £50)

And for once I was lucky and had some nice wins on the slots, so obviously I wanted to withdraw my winnings which currently stands at £2800.

Now I want to withdraw the money into my normal current account as I cannot withdraw it to my credit card because its already at its maximum available credit so there is actually no where the money can go well except for the £100 I deposited.

Much to my dismay they contacted me saying I have to withdraw the money to the same account it was deposited with where the win happened. this to me is totally unfair as that is my money I am trying to withdraw to one of my verified payment methods and they are not letting me. Redbet have told me this is a legislation issue, which I have now found out is not true as there is many examples on this site alone of people getting these decisions overturned.

There is no warning when making a deposit that any winnings made must be withdrawn to the same account.

I would like to add both of these cards are registered in my name and at the same address.

I am hoping this can get resolved and I get my money into my account

Closed my account and won't refund

I created an account with redbet the deposited £30. After a few hours my balance was £150. I had no free spins or deposit bonus so no wagering requirements. I came back to my account and red bet had closed it. This was down to another site( that I has self excluded from, but not red bet). My initial contact with redbet was fairly successfully and the online help desk told me they would refund (I have a copy of the email transaction). I contacted them again after a few days to be told nothing had been done and I had to start again. So after a long winded process I was told that my case had gone to the accounts team. This not ing I received an email to tell me that no refund would be issued. I feel that this is robbery, I deposited money which they gladly took out of my account. I wagered this money (took my chance) and won. They then closed my account without notice. So they have profited at least my initial deposit but also my £150 balance. Do not deposit to this casino if you want a fair chance. Of ever getting any money back. Seems they just close your account so they don't have to.pay out.

Closing account due to previous closure with MrGreen but stalling refund

Okey, here's the deal. I made deposit to Red Bet at 9th august 2018 and didint got bonus for my deposit what was promised so I went to livechat to ask what was it about. They told me that they have to tell me something considering my account. So I asked what was it; they told me that they have to close my account due to that I have had account on mr green earlier which was closed on year 2015. Okey, i have deposited on this year over 200€ to Evoke gaming via Red Bet first 200€ on 5th of april 2018 and got answer that i dont get promised 200 freespins after my deposit came lato to that campaing. Okey, that fine, I continue living with that 200€ lost all the way and finally on 9th of August 2018 I deposited again, this time 10,62€ and was promised in marketing email letter to recieve 100% deposit bonus, well didint get that automaticly so I went to a livechat to ask about this. Topi on livechat told me that he must close my account because I have had account closing on mr green earlier on 2015 which was gone past their checkings. So now was the thing that I should have back my deposited money between february 2018 - august 2018 which total 210,62€. I asked those deposited money to be refunded to my skrill account on 9th August, I have had sevral asking about situation, and nothing happens. They have told me that issue is been taken care on payments departement on 14th August at approx. 15:00 pm local finnish time. Nothing have happent since. So Redbet, please give this issue now to be taken care and finally to me to recive my money back to my skrill account.

Withdrawal of £40,000 delayed beyond advertised payout time frames

Hi, I made a withdrawal on my Redbet account on July 28th 2018 of £40,000, to which my VIP account manager informed me that the transaction was processed on Tuesday 31st of July and it would take 1-5 banking days as per the casinos T&C's to reach my account, we are now nearing the end of the 5th banking day (Tuesday 07/08/2018) to which I still have no funds in my account. I have contacted Redbet number of times, which in fairness, my VIP account manager has replied promptly, however this doesn't get me my money. I have been given transaction numbers along with ARN numbers and was told to contact my bank to chase and they would be able to trace the transaction. On 4 separate occasions I have spoken with my bank and to management within my bank and they have informed me that no funds have been received and that when they were there would be no hold up in them reaching my account. I have since gone back to Redbet and relayed this information, to which I was then informed that they couldn't chase the money from their bank as the funds had "left the system". I'm beginning to get tired and frustrated with this whole situation as I'm beginning to believe that I am being lied to somewhere along the line. I have been told that there are numerous amount of checks for my bank to do which could delay it and that the bank wouldn't tell me about, which I find very hard to believe as my bank are telling me the complete opposite. My account is fully verified and I have had large withdrawals from Redbet before this one which have all gone through next day in most cases. This is now looking at going beyond the stated 1-5days stated in the T&C's and I cant see any solution forthcoming.

Giving me a hard time on a £1,000 withdrawal

I made a deposit using a debit card of mine of £150, but with that i won some money, a day later my debit card i deposited with was lost so i had to report it lost to the bank which is halifax and they said that a replacement card will be sent out to me, in the meantime over at redbet casino i have a £1000 that i wanted to withdraw but then i told them that the card i deposited with was lost so they said said that i had to go to my halifax bank and ask them for a proof of ownership to card ending in 9312 but Halifax said that is there no such document but only a statement which contains the same account number and sort code of the card ending in 9312 later on today i found the card ending 9312 and i sent the copies of this card to redbet in which they asked for to process the withdrawal back to that card as when i told halifax i found the card and asked them if any returns or refunds can still be processed back to that card halifax said yes it will still reach your account, further on redbet accepted the copy of the card and then tells me via email this afternoon that my withdrawal was approved and on its way to my payment method after making a new deposit using a different card but then when i logged in to my redbet account the withdrawal was not processed at all it was actually still pending to the new /other card i deposited with ending in 5604 as the card ending in 9312 which was lost but found i removed that card from mange cards on my redbet casino account so i was unable to make a withdrawal back to 9312 but found out that even though i removed the card from my side it is still showing as active on redbet's system on there side only, when i asked the payments team to process the withdrawal back to the card ending 9312 manually and just take it off my redbet's cash balance i was told that can not happen, and then they said why can not make another deposit using the card 9312 when i told them that the card was lost but found so its stopped as i got the replacement debit card in the post today which is basically the same bank same account/sort code, all thats changed is the last 4 digits on the replaced card, I said can i deposit with the replacement debit card and withdraw the £1000 to that instead? but they insist that wont be allowed either, so i asked them if i can make a trustly bank transfer using just your account number and sort code to make a withdrawal to as its the same as on the card that i used ending in 9312 but they also said no that is not acceptable either, i said well how am i going to get my winnings from you they said well you have to go into the bank and ask them for a document of proof of replacement but i know that the bank doesn't issue this kind of document only a bank statement i was told today by halifax manger called james, redbet refuses to pay me the money no matter what i do and what i provide they still refuse to pay me ive sent them each and every single document they have asked for and still refuse to process my £1000 withdrawal i just can not win with them please help me

Hi all, Played Big Bad Wolf on 14th June, luckily won big over £19k played a few rounds and won a little more & lost a bit. Stopped and decided to withdraw £20k. My account is verified & have an email from Redbet to confirm this. also have screen shot with the winning round id/transaction id showing it was a cash wager. My VIP account manager congratulated me & said it was with the payments team/senior manager was looking at it due to it been a big withdrawal/win. The VIP account manager has done her best and emailed me daily "no news" & apologies for delay. Hello, First of all, great community you guys are running here. On the 8th of June I played a game of Baccarat on Redbet. I made a small deposit before that and had sent all the necessary documentation to get my account verified. I received an email saying thay they are thanking me for my documents and they also confirmed that my account has been verified. On the game of Baccarat on the 8th of June I deposited funds and placed it on a game of Baccarat. Luckily I won and I doubled my money. (No bonuses involved) I made a withdrawal and contacted support. They informed me by email that the status of the withdrawal is at the hands of the finance department awaiting to be processed. On the 11th of June I tried to login into my account and found out it was locked and that I should contact support. I contacted support and they told me that I should wait for an email from Redbet. Since the 11th of June I have contacted support every day and I get the same answer. We are getting nowhere. I fully understand that a casino does a series of checks to ensure it is all in order but I would like to know the status of the case. Made a deposit and won. Attempted to withdraw but required documentation. Uploaded documents; proof of ID, address, and payment details. Waited 24hours, and jumped on live chat- lady made me wait 20mins to tell me it’s still being processed. Waited 48hours and still not verified. No correspondence whatsoever. Jumped on live chat to be told that it’s not processed as part of my debit card number is visible (about 1mm showing on one number...) disputed this and they said not to worry, it’s now been forwarded to the payments team. Have now just received an email stating that i need to provide them with an explanation as to why I have a middle name, as on one of my cards is display my middle initial. Really? How pathetic can you be? It’s now over three days since I requested the withdrawal and I’m seemingly no closer to getting my money. I’m frankly disgusted. Total is €800

I’ve just done a couple of poor reviews for bad casinos, so I smiled when I saw Redbets name show up on the next page. Ahhh, a casino that’s actually worth saying something about! I’ve really not had any troubles playing and enjoying this casino in a couple of years now, so I’m now rather confident that they are a most trustworthy casino and well deserving of being a favourite of mine.

They have their games split between “Casino Red” and “Casino Blue” which might seem a tad strange at first but its really no different to places like Corals and Ladbrokes where there is a “Casino” section and a “Games” section which has more slots and games from other developers. Infact I would say that the Red/Blue separation is possibly a little more intuitive, although as ever there are restrictions on which games count for bonus wagering requirements purposes from the two different sections. Thankfully there is a decent system for viewing your outstanding bonus wagering requirements within the my account section of the website so if in doubt you can use that facility to establish if a specific game counts towards your wagering.

Live Chat are some of the best I have ever encountered, always a fast response and many speak multiple languages as well, I don’t recall exactly which languages are advertised as available but I believe Swedish is mentioned, which is a nice touch because I’m pretty sure Redbet are popular in Scandinavia, as with many NetEnt based casinos. A cool feature is that the live chat are able to process withdrawals to e-wallets for you upon request, I have not seen this facility offered anywhere else that I can recall but I really think its great.

My identity was verified automatically here and I have never been requested to send in any documents although I have not made a particularly large withdrawal request just yet – hopefully I will have a nice win here someday!

In particular i can say that this is a very interesting casino, it has been here a very long time, which must say something about the casino. It's provided by Microgaming, NetEnt and some other softwares. It looks really nice , trustworthy and with a very nice selection of slot games that I particularly prefer. Well this is all in the positive aspect from as far as I can see, but who knows looks can be deceiving.

So I decided to try it out. So I signed in, and I made a minimum deposit of 20€ via Neteller (where my deposit was doubled due to their welcome bonus), which I think is reasonable because I am trying their casino for the first time , and if i like it i would gladly come back with a greater deposit. I also must say that they have a pretty solid deposit methods, but I mostly prefer Neteller, but for those of you who don't there is also Direct way ,Skrill ,Visa and paysafecard.

So the next thing was searching for a good slot to play. And i did find one that i decided to start with , it's called Big Bang. I started up with 1.5$ per spin and after some amount of spins I was luckless so I decided to descend to 1$ per spin and to a couple more of those to see will my luck change. Since it didnt I decided to leave this slot and try out another one. I played elements which is by the way NetEnt production.
I decided this time to start way bit lower, because i was kinda short on cash. So per spin it was 0.40$ this time, but yet again I struck out. Started of with some small winning but to there it was descending fast until I was found cashless.
A pretty decent casino, that I might just give another chance sometimes. Overall my rating for this casino would be a solid 8/10.

Redbet are widely regarded as being one of the best casinos on the internet, and for good reason - you'll be hard pushed to find anybody who has had a bad time at Redbet! It's the little things they get right that others do not, that make all the difference - for example, their terms and conditions are very straightforward, including the bonus terms - and they are well known for being reasonable and judging cases on an individual bases when it comes to instances of suspected 'bonus abuse' and similar allegations.

They offer a host of my favourite casino software including NetEnt, Microgaming, CryptoLogic, Leander, and NextGen, though these are split into two seperate areas, with the NetEnt games occupying "Casino Red", and the remainder taking up "Casino Blue". I imagine this was done because their bonuses are usually only playable on NetEnt games, and this distinction should hopefully help to underline this fact and prevent them being queried about it via support every other moment!

One of the best things about RedBet though is their withdrawal system - once you have your account verified, customer services are able to process small withdrawals without needing approval from finance staff - I'm unsure what the upper limit is, but I'd guess at several hundred pounds/euros, and you can literally just go on live chat, ask them to send it to your Skrill/Neteller, and have it received a few moments later. This is really great service and something I would LOVE to see elsewhere.

It is one of the finest casinos sites you will ever see with 2 instant play casinos from Netentertainment and Microgaming. But the blue casino which has Microgaming platform does not have any promotional offer or welcome offer so I tried my hand in red casino. But I'd have loved to play with blue casino because Microgaming has better games than Netentertainment.

I got a 100% match up on the 30 euros I deposited. They have a very nice site design and the presentation is very cool and attractive.The best thing about red casino is the daily tournaments that they organize for us and because of that we get a chance to win big with risking a very small mount of our money. Even though I did not win any of them but I think its is a very cool idea.

Also I like this casino, because I help them a bit with site translation on Russian language, which is really great, I am always happy to help casino.
