It doesn’t have esports so that’s a bummer. I love esports. There is a problem with the website itself being too slow. I mean, I guess it’s not a big deal but it gets infuriating.

Well working sites. I won over 1000euros with first deposit bonus. Withdraw was VERY fast (like one day/bank acco) and no extra verification hassle. The selection of games is good (but no the rarer slots, eg. wms / raging rhino). Good slot filters. There are no traps in the bonus terms, just the default list of games which you cannot play with bonus money. All in all I am VERY satisfied and probably I will come back to the casino. Everything seems fine with this casino until you win money here and try to withdraw. Tried to send them two different bank statements and an invoice, but they always reply with unspecific information to why the file was rejected. I have tried to send in the requested files probably 10 times now, but there always seems like a new reason to reject the documents. I discourage everyone to sign up here as it will be a long process to retrieve your potential winnings. Will be filing an MGA case if not resolved soon. Stay away!

I began to gamble with Redbet casino on 22nd May 2019 until 22nd July 2019. Between this time I lost £6,197 (£7,120 worth of deposits from my Halifax bank minus £923 withdrawals = £6,197).

On 6th June 2019, I made 22 deposits amounting to £1,400 and on 10th June 2019 I made 25 deposits amounting to £1,773. With this continuous constant level of play and amount spent Redbet claimed they did not think I had a problem and just offered and gave me VIP bonuses to encourage me to gamble more. They also did not ask me for any proof of wealth to see if I could afford what I was spending.

When Redbet let me join and play on Redbet from 22nd May 2019, I was already under self exclusion with their new partners William Hill from 2015 to 19th August 2019. From February 2019 when Mr Green including Redbet merged with William Hill, staff at Redbet said they would immediately block anyone from playing on their site who was already excluded with William Hill. However, Redbet let me join them in May 2019 and did not exclude me until 22nd July 2019 when I had to say I had a problem, even though I was already excluded on William Hill from 2015 to 19th August 2019.

They should have also known I had a bad problem rather than take my word for it as I deposited a lot, played up to 24 hours at times and asked for bonuses everyday. I am already in extreme significant debt and financial difficulty from gambling with their sister company William Hill and they know from a while ago that I was a severe problem gambler.

I was already excluded with William Hill from Oct 2015 until August 2019, and Redbet their partner brand, let me join and deposit with them from May 2019 to 22nd July 2019.

I have already gone through The complaints procedure of Redbet to ask for a refund, however, they refused to accept any social responsibility failure and would not issue a refund.

Don't like that they have limits when playing on bonus on which slot you can play and still play them, or that they have max bet on bonus but not a single notification. I did 2 spins by mistake on a new slot, this result that support didn't allow me to take out my winning. A good casino with bad communicated T&C's and bonus rules and no UI to follow the rules.

I understand why verification is important and happy to provide details about this but I am angry at how Redbet have asked for unusual verification which my bank even called a 'special request'. The fact that logically, if my bank card only works at my registered address means if I prove my address then I am also proving the card belongs to someone at that address and by proving my name which matches my address means I live there, why on earth do they need a "proof of card ownership" letter from the bank?

I am currently wasting more than an hour of my time getting this document which no other betting site has ever asked for. If I had been asked for this on deposit then I could have sent a picture of the card but as they have requested it on withdrawal, the card has expired and I no longer have it.

The customer service is a joke and they closed my account so can't even use the funds. Don't use Redbet if you want your winnings anytime soon. Probably easier to get a selfie with the queen.

Withdrawal times are a bit off. I did a withdraw last night, next day still pending and account has been verified with id and proof of addres.

I can't really say anything negative about this site.

The games are pretty good and the bonuses are just ok, but I had some issues with payouts and deposits. Also, claiming the bonuses was a bit tough sometimes and I spent hours trying to talk to their support staff.

If they could ever get the payouts sorted out this would be a great casino. It’s a shame because it has everything else going for it. I’m gonna keep playing here and see if this casino gets better but not sure for how much longer.
