Hi,
I made a withdrawal on my Redbet account on July 28th 2018 of £40,000, to which my VIP account manager informed me that the transaction was processed on Tuesday 31st of July and it would take 1-5 banking days as per the casinos T&C's to reach my account, we are now nearing the end of the 5th banking day (Tuesday 07/08/2018) to which I still have no funds in my account.
I have contacted Redbet number of times, which in fairness, my VIP account manager has replied promptly, however this doesn't get me my money. I have been given transaction numbers along with ARN numbers and was told to contact my bank to chase and they would be able to trace the transaction. On 4 separate occasions I have spoken with my bank and to management within my bank and they have informed me that no funds have been received and that when they were there would be no hold up in them reaching my account. I have since gone back to Redbet and relayed this information, to which I was then informed that they couldn't chase the money from their bank as the funds had "left the system". I'm beginning to get tired and frustrated with this whole situation as I'm beginning to believe that I am being lied to somewhere along the line. I have been told that there are numerous amount of checks for my bank to do which could delay it and that the bank wouldn't tell me about, which I find very hard to believe as my bank are telling me the complete opposite.
My account is fully verified and I have had large withdrawals from Redbet before this one which have all gone through next day in most cases.
This is now looking at going beyond the stated 1-5days stated in the T&C's and I cant see any solution forthcoming.

This issue has now been resolved, 36 days after the money was originally withdrawn. I had to contact a senior member of the fraud and payments team via LinkedIn and suddenly 4 days later the problem is solved.
I’m yet to hear what compensation I am entitled to.

Hi again MRKEVJH,
I received information that they have been in contact with you regarding this.
You had yourself agreed upon having the payment split up in several new withdrawals since it apparently was an issue with the amount you tried withdrawing of 40 000.
I cannot answer to what kind of compensation you could be entitled to and I hope that the departments you are in contact with can give you more information regarding this.
Should you have not received any information regarding the payment query let me know and I will ask them to resend what I received from them.
Best regards,
redbet Emil

Redbet,
The only contact I have had is from the VIP manager, again telling me to "wait for more information" to my request for some sort of time frame.
I have never ever known a company to be so secretive about or know so little information about such an important matter as this, how can you not either know or request time frames? You're website states time frames for withdrawals etc, so why do you not have a time frame for this - not that you adhere to them quite clearly, as withdrawals to bank accounts state 1-5 banking days on your website but here we are 21 banking days later but still!
I still don't have a very clear answer to my question of why the money cant be reissued now you're adamant its coming back, the only reply I got was "because its not how we operate as a business" so my question to that would be what happens if my money never comes back?? Do you just swan off into the distance with a "sorry sir, you cant have your money back because even though we've lost it, its not how we operate as a business"???
Maybe you can answer me the question of what compensation I'm entitled to? I mean I should have had £40,000 sat in my account for the past month gaining interest, however I've not have I!
I want answers and I want them soon, because as I've mentioned to my VIP manager, this is now starting to effect my health and that is not fair!
